I will be back to try out more kith treats as there are so many combinations to try out.

Getting the waffle branded cone was $2 extra but very well worth it. They blend the ice cream with the toppings that come with the ice cream all together. So for the Vegan Trail Mix they blended the Oreo cookies and the banana with some other topping as well as a caramel vegan drizzle on it. The team in the store overall were knowledgeable and kind. I'm definitely going back to try more treats on the menu

I've been buying clothes here for a few years now. They're more expensive than I can usually swing,…read moreso at best I order stuff on clearance and pick it up. Going there feels fun though, and they have this strong tongue in cheek kayfabe of being a criminal organization. They sell clothing in conspicuously nondescript brown paper wrapping with pseudo boarding pass themed tags. It's charming. Their clothes are quite nice, they're well constructed with lots of extra details like reinforced yellow colored pockets/outer seams and reversible designs. High number of pockets in general, in a way that doesn't feel cargo pants-like. I've managed to keep stuff from being thrown out by security when I go to concerts because of their pockets, so they've saved me a couple bucks. I knocked off a star from the review because they occasionally seem to be closed during times they're supposed to be open. I think it's because they only staff it with one person at any time, and they have to leave to pee or go to the basement to restock. Reasonable for a brand this small. I'm around there often anyway to go to IFC Center, so it's only inconvenienced me once.

Unfortunately, I didn't realise until after ordering that their refund policy only applies to US customers. When the dress arrived, it looked nothing like I expected and was a terrible fit. As with any online clothing purchase, you can't try it on before buying, so I requested a return for a refund. My request was refused simply because I live in Australia. What is even more disappointing is that I have since sent three separate emails through both their customer service email address and online enquiry form asking them to reconsider this policy. I have not received a single response. For a premium-priced clothing brand, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I genuinely don't understand how a fashion retailer expects international customers to shop with confidence when there is no option to return unsuitable items. I will never purchase from this brand again and strongly recommend that anyone outside the US thinks twice before ordering directly from them. The clothing is expensive for what it is, and the complete lack of customer care has been incredibly disappointing. There are plenty of other brands that value their international customers--shop with them instead.

I had to wait a bit for anyone to help me at the register. There was only one person working behind the counter, so I don't really hold it against them, but I'll say I was so close to leaving the store because no one had said anything like "I'll be right with you," or "So sorry about the wait." It was a weird moment in time where part of me thought I was invisible because it didn't even seem like anyone had seen me, from the employees in the store to the person behind the counter. I did end up sticking around, though, to get this matcha latte which I also thought was not as good as others I've had. The matcha flavor was decently strong, but more bitter than others. I also had asked for a shot of honey to be added to the drink which I thought would sweeten it for me, but I couldn't taste it at all. Super cool idea but would have liked a little more on the execution!

Their focus on craftsmanship and sustainability across everything they do (clothing design, retail partners, and surf boards) is evident.
