Wow, I could not be happier with my experience with this store, their employees and their service…read more When my phone screen cracked I was expecting the worst. I submitted a claim through the Verizon website late last night, and showed up as soon as they opened today. Sure enough, they had the claim pulled up and were ready to take my phone. It took less than 20 minutes and they had fixed my screen. The employees were great - very kind, they made conversation with all of the customers, were very honest about how long it would take and what would need to be done. I was very happy with the service and with the timeframe that they gave me. I normally get very stressed out when it comes to doing anything to my phone, especially when it's broken, but they assured me that it was a quick easy fix, and they absolutely delivered on that. I know this is a pretty simple task compared to what else they may be able to fix, but I was still extremely impressed. Although I bought a screen protector as soon as I left, it makes me very reassured to know that there is a great company who will be able to fix my phone if needed in the future.
