I have feeling like I waited for nothing since I paid to have someone sit at a computer and ask me a questionnaire then still tell me to get tested with a different Dr (in house of course) and counseled with a different person (also in house but no assistance whatsoever in whom I might pair well with). Dr. Deeves seems like a professional woman but maybe too much so. There was little to no connection and I felt awkward like I was being tested to measure the value of my issues and in the end I obviously did not rate high enough because she didn't offer to see me again just pushed the referred testing and told me to have a great day. I was also unimpressed with a Dusty office space, not just for the lack of cleanliness but I'm asthmatic and allergic to dust so I'll likely be needing to use a rescue inhaler at some point today. Very disappointed, followed by a visit to the front counter to find the Dr for testing is booked a month out and none of the counselors had availability until mid September. I've already found a different office through PSI with a Dr willing to see me Monday that would actually be the person to counsel me as well.

Occasionally there will be an issue with an appointment not being perfectly on time or some other mishap. I do not have an issue with this however because I have gotten to trust that we all have personal emergencies and such, and I live that my experience is always high quality. I love all the figurines, colors, and physical things to interact with. That is atleast with the therapist that I see. I schedule all my appointments through a phone call, to which the person on the phone is always very very nice. I am glad to have finally gotten a therapist that I feel both lets me elaborate what's on my mind, and also gives me feedback that is not dismissive. There is also an alternative waiting room if you are sensitive to sounds and such. It is dim lit and my favorite.
