After leaving, I felt quite relaxed, but still skeptical because I was still craving nicotine. Luckily the session included a CD that she recommended listening to every night for 30 days. I feel that is the key to successfully quitting. The CD also helps me get to sleep. I ripped it onto my PC, then transferred it to my phone for headphone use. She tried to backtrack once she realized her mistake but also doubled down on other judgments she had made. We ended up having a full-blown argument. My poor girlfriend at the time even told her she was wrong, but she kept going with her remarks. AVOID her at all costs. I see one other person here who had a similar experience regarding insurance.
