People need to realize if ketamine can help with depression and such USE IT. I've been poisoning my body since I was 19! I'm 43 now. Pills don't even meet the standards of being called a bandaid. I hope insurance makes this an option for those who may not be able to afford it. It's absolutely wonderful. I cannot say it enough. God bless you all and Klarisana for making the step to the newest in mental health treatment. I hope I can stop my meds after I finish all of my sessions. That's my goal.

My husband is not a widower. My children have their mother. I don't give it 5 stars because of the actions of a few employees. Serious actions not medically but fraud and I'm not going to get sued for saying an employee took advantage of their position for their gain. I know that in many clinics or we will send you edible ketamine places, the problem is the clinic not the medication. Don't blame the treatment. Visit and make sure you feel comfortable with the clinic and the staff is open the right fit for you. The medicine saved me, at the time there wasn't many options besides Klarasina and I thank god for them. However when II needed more help i found a clinic I felt absolutely wonderful at. This can and will help so many people. I hope the stigma is erased and more lives are saved.

The fact that this is run by the county makes coming here for mental health alleviation quite difficult- more like a nightmare. Before continuing, I need to preface these complaints by saying that all the employees and providers here are not at fault. They are 5 star people and I believe it they ran their own private practices, they would receive full marks! Alas, this is run by Bexar County. So what does this mean? Upon arrival, patients are to sign in downstairs. After a short wait, depending on the day, they need to be escorted by an employee upstairs. After another waiting room, they will speak to a case manager and/or get their vital signs taken. Then back to the waiting room. Then the patient will finally see their provider, their nurse practitioner. After the time allotted with this provider, they can go back out into the waiting room. More waiting if they have been prescribed medication. They wait for a separate team of nurses to get the medication prescription or samples together. Depending on how busy they are, this could take a while. Then, after they get the prescription, they can then be escorted to the elevator to be taken downstairs again. Once in the downstairs lobby, they will sign out. And. Wait for it, because they saved the best for last. Here, at the end of their adventure in bureaucracy, patients cannot schedule their next appointment. No, siree. They are given a reminder card. Reminder for what, you may wish to know. A reminder to call in x weeks to schedule the next appointment. To call where? Central scheduling, not the office they are standing in right now. Why? Because central scheduling is unable to schedule anything more than one week in advance. So in between visits, which are typically 4-6 weeks in psychiatry, less for counseling, patients must set an alarm or reminder to call central scheduling to schedule the next appointment. They must call early, because there is often a hold time and if the appointment slots are filled, patients are easily stuck not getting their next appointment until week after the recommended time, meaning they will run out of medication! Also of very frustrating note is that in order to reach anyone in the Center, one can only call the main number, reach an operator, and these operators are willing to "relay your message" or "leave a note" for your case manager, your counselor, the nurses there, the nurse practitioner assigned to your case, etcetera. Nobody seems to have a direct line that you can easily reach! Emergency? Go to the emergency room. Semi emergency? Either deal with it or go to the emergency room. "We can only relay your message for your and they will get back to you." It is worth repeating that the employees and providers, the nurses and front office personnel, are nothing but kind and polite, friendly and welcoming here. They do their work well. Unfortunately, this is a case where the governmental red tape prevents their potential from shining, because patients cannot access it as easily as they should.

I suggest asking for the supervisor, that's literally the only time I got help and checked on so I can be seen. Only giving a two Star instead of one because the ladies at the front have such uplifting energy

My poor rating is based on the long wait to get in, see someone just to have them tell me to see someone else for testing and someone else for counseling. It felt like I was being evaluated to see if I fit, which wouldn't have been an issue if I had actually been offered a name of someone they thought could help me instead of " one of our counselors". I have feeling like I waited for nothing since I paid to have someone sit at a computer and ask me a questionnaire then still tell me to get tested with a different Dr (in house of course) and counseled with a different person (also in house but no assistance whatsoever in whom I might pair well with). Dr. Deeves seems like a professional woman but maybe too much so. There was little to no connection and I felt awkward like I was being tested to measure the value of my issues and in the end I obviously did not rate high enough because she didn't offer to see me again just pushed the referred testing and told me to have a great day. I was also unimpressed with a Dusty office space, not just for the lack of cleanliness but I'm asthmatic and allergic to dust so I'll likely be needing to use a rescue inhaler at some point today. Very disappointed, followed by a visit to the front counter to find the Dr for testing is booked a month out and none of the counselors had availability until mid September. I've already found a different office through PSI with a Dr willing to see me Monday that would actually be the person to counsel me as well.
