I know that in many clinics or we will send you edible ketamine places, the problem is the clinic not the medication. Don't blame the treatment. Visit and make sure you feel comfortable with the clinic and the staff is open the right fit for you. We had to cancel an appointment 48 hours prior to the date, and they still auto charged my card $80. The final straw was when we had a fraud issue on our card on file, and since the charge did not go through, they cancelled the appointment without even calling us. When I called immediately after getting a confused message about our canceling from the the therapist, we were told the slot had already been filled. I spent 10 years in medical office management and it's unbelievable how bad they are at this. I'm so done with this practice and I highly recommend NOT going here.
