Being extremely pale this was a huge problem because here I am walking around like Rudolph the Red-Nose Reindeer. I finally got brave enough to do something about it! Magnolia Medical & Aesthetics made me feel so comfortable, safe, and secure from the very first call! When I got in Natalie talked me through what we could do and we also discussed the random bump that decided to appear on my forehead a few years ago, which I decided when in Rome might as well fix it too! I wasn't prepared for the results! I have been so insecure about my nose. I do not even have a scar. It healed incredibly fast! I only missed filming a single podcast episode!!! Maybe 5 days of downtime (by downtime I mean time with a little bandaid on my face) and even then it was probably more like 3/4 days. My forehead looks great. It may be small fixes but I feel incredible and I'm not walking around with a big ole scar or mole on my face!!! So grateful to Natalie and the whole team! I can't recommend them enough! Also, side note the Magnolia Medical is gorgeous and the chairs in the rooms are really comfortable!!!

I noticed this new dermatology office close by my home and decided to make an appointment. I had a…read morefew issues wanted to talk to a dermatologist about. Since there weren't any appointments available with the doctor, I made one with the PA. After discussing one of my issues with the PA, the doctor was called in for a look and it was decided that it warranted a biopsy. My first thought was that seems a little drastic for a rash, but after listening to their thought process on how it could be Lupus or cancer or we just don't know what! I agreed. The biopsy required numbing and a couple stitches. I was pretty anxious about the whole thing. Almost two weeks later I get a phone call that my results were back and it's nothing to worry about (I can't even remember the diagnosis--granuloma) and a prescription would be sent to the pharmacy. I took a look at my affected area and saw the problem had resolved on its own. The other thing I wasn't cool with was the fact that I presented with insurance but was required to pay upfront. Not only did I pay the copay but also the full amount for the visit. Two weeks later, the insurance still hasn't been billed and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the visit. I only received a credit card charge receipt. No documentation on what was done, what to expect, nada. While I feel like the staff, doc and PA are welcoming, I am not confident in their knowledge and ability to recommend a treatment plan. I'm extremely hesitant to return.
