Kay came over and we discussed what I was looking for what I had done in the past and previous experience experiences at other salons. She was so knowledgeable and lovely. We did the colored strand test and then discussed the next steps. This experience was wonderful and for the first time in 48 years I had a stylist that actually listened to me. She didn't do the whole head but charged a full. It's just dishonest and a way to make more money off your clients. Say it's a full, charge a full, get tipped for a full, yet it took you only three hours so now you can fit in more clients in your day?
