First we hired Best to fix a cracked water seal pan in the upstairs standup shower...they fixed it to perfection while completely rebuilding the shower, the tiles, and the pipes. This time - we hired Best to do a complete bathroom renovation... I just continue to be blown away by the owner - Steve Best. His communication is what sets him apart from every other contractor. He's basically a customer's dream to partner with on a project. Rebecca at the office emails you for the admin side - keeping aligned with updates and transactions. Steve texts/calls you almost daily with the gameplan, the strategic approach, the agenda and schedule. I'm so thankful because unlike most contractors, Steve keeps everything on schedule - running daily - and makes sure his team gets to the finish line efficiently, quickly, and to satisfaction. Steve's crew works every day...and they put in a full day's work. They don't leave you hanging, they don't ghost you for days upon weeks without explanation and they NEVER leave a mess. They work super clean and always pickup after themselves. They start the job. They work at the job every day. They finish the job. All along the journey you're clued in, you're given timelines and reasoning...and you're a part of a collaboration with Steve to make sure the job gets done right! If there were a grade higher than A+ ...that's what I'd give Steve and his crew. HIRE THEM ASAP, you'll have zero regrets!

UPDATE At the end of 2016 and beginning of 2017 M & M…read moreConstruction (Mike and Dan Morrow) completed our first renovation project which was, basically, our entire first floor. (Please see previous review.) We were so very happy with their workmanship and professionalism that we had them back to do our upstairs in 2019/2020. Our upstairs project was not as involved but it was completed with the same excellent workmanship that we had experienced on our first project. We could count on our workers showing up between 7AM and 7:30AM. They (sometimes it was only one person depending on what the job of the day needed) stayed until 3:00 or 4:00PM and ALWAYS cleaned up before they left our home. So many times I hear from other people that their workers stopped showing up or came at different hours throughout the project. This was not our experience and it made our lives continue on with less disruption because we had a schedule. Cannot say enough good things about their workmanship, care and attention to our projects. They worked with our designer when needed and participated in project meetings before and during the construction. As careful as preplanning can be, there are always decisions that come up each day. Mike, Dan and their crew did an excellent job guiding us through crucial decisions. We believe their total cost estimate for our projects was fair and they always tried to stay within our budget. We are so very happy with M & M Construction! We may even have them come back again and do our basement ... someday!

They worked within our budget and helped us prioritize the most important elements in our home. Building a home can be overwhelming, but they made the process smooth and enjoyable. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to renovate any part of their home.

For the past couple of years, I had been wanting to make updates to our home but couldn't find anyone I could trust, and I honestly thought it was a lost cause until I found Ibro. He reached out, was very friendly on the phone, came to the house, understood my vision, talked me through the expected timeline, and provided a detailed and fair quote for the project. We also wanted to stay within a budget, and I really appreciated how transparent and thoughtful he was in helping us manage expectations and make decisions that kept the project on track financially without sacrificing quality. He was clearly someone with a lot of integrity who follows through on his promises. Ibro and his team consistently finished their work within the quoted timeframe, which was truly impressive and a testament to their experience. He handled all technical aspects of the project expertly, his craftsmanship showed meticulous attention to detail, and he provided valuable consulting throughout the process as well. We really appreciated their ability to remodel while we were still occupying the house as well. This saved us money and they were always respectful of our space and routine. During those couple of months, they honestly started to feel like part of the family. They transformed our bathroom, bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and stairs, they truly can do it all. I'm so happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy builder. My father is an architect and also met with Ibro, and he was very impressed by both his talent and experience. If you're looking to update your home, whether it's a small project or a larger multi-room renovation, I highly recommend reaching out to Haris Inc. They are professional, reliable, honest, take pride in their work, and deliver beautiful results. I've included some before-and-after photos as well to show how amazing everything turned out. I am forever grateful to finally have my dream kitchen. It is so beautiful and inviting, and I look forward to cooking meals, gathering together, and making memories with my family there for years to come.

The house is close to 80 years old with some interesting wiring configurations and i can easily see some others either giving up or resorting to the more extreme possible causes (taking out part of a wall or replacing a whole fusebox), but he patiently, methodically, and thoroughly went through it and found the problem. Somewhere I definitely never would have guesses considering nothing had been plugged into that outlet for at least a year. Turned out they'd…read morenever been anchored to studs, which was a real concern since they're solid wood shelves meant to hold real weight. Jesse walked me through the scope of work upfront and we moved forward. The job wasn't simple -- the wall behind the shelves had herringbone tile. Jesse opened it up, installed proper backing so the shelves could be bolted in securely, then redid the herringbone tile and matched the existing grout so well you can't tell any repair was ever done. That's exactly the outcome you hope for with tile work. While he was in there, he also fixed a leaking tub spout that required opening another section of wall for plumbing work, then patched and painted it back to seamless. Jesse's attention to detail was outstanding throughout. I'll be calling him for any future work at the house.
