Great selection and patience with our considerations (in fact, Ryan came out for a site visit and pushed us to take home additional samples and really take our time considering what was going to be a longterm purchase) and the pricing was reasonable - maybe lower than expected for the level of service delivered. Following up along those lines, our installers were efficient, trustworthy professionals who did great work. We intend to have more done soon, and House of Floors will now be the only place we contact - they've earned our business and our trust.

I'd conquered the second floor and began working on the first when I took a good, hard look at the staircase and thought, Ya know, I bet if I tried to tackle those bad boys, it would be a total disaster. Joe answered while he was eating lunch, said he'd get right back to me, and the next day he came to survey the job. In this housing boom era, most business owners like Joe have more than enough work lined up. He charged a premium price, but the work he and his carpenter, Andres, ended up doing made the home look fantastic. They were on the job immediately, delayed only briefly due to Rona, and they cleaned up their mess. They even helped me with some tips and tricks which were crucial to the installation I was doing. Helpful, friendly and efficient, go with Joe.

Angel patiently showed me many samples, covered the pricing in detail, answered all my question regarding the difference in quality of the various products, came to my house several times to see how the installation was going and if there was anything I needed. Irving and Juan were so meticulous in all aspects of the job. I had tile and carpet, part of which was over my partial basement that added a couple of complications where one part of my addition wasn't even with the original house. Richard came out and they worked out a plan to transition the two levels. It came out perfectly. I kept my original baseboards. Irving and Juan removed them without damage, numbered each one and reinstalled them. They were wonderful I can't say enough good things about them. In the middle of the installation, I came down with covid. After a week, they were right back on the job. I was afraid they would have another job in the works and was grateful to see them ready to finish. All and all, they were just about like family by the time the job was complete. I told them I would miss them!! I had a dark tile I loved and carpet in bedrooms. The lighter flooring has brightened my house. I don't miss the tile or the carpet and will never have either again. I definitely made the right decision connecting with ABQ Flooring. And I'll be calling them for another project I'm looking at for my kitchen counter tops.

I don't often write reviews but have had very positive experiences with Floorscapes over the year…read morethat I wanted to share. Back in 2013 we had them install granite countertops in the kitchen and replace carpet with tile throughout most of our home. We were so pleased with the quality and workmanship that in 2014 we also had them redo the shower in the master bedroom, which has been a delight ever since. As other reviewers have noted in the past, the "serial" nature of the work can end up taking some time if issues are discovered, but the quality of the end product is worth it. This past summer we had a mysterious water leak that we thought might be related to the shower but in the end did not. Mark and Bill removed a few tiles and were unable to find a problem but helped us track it to other sources, starting with the roof, the air conditioning system, and finally a leak in the air conditioner located behind a wall common to the shower. Once the problem was solved we discovered that we had a lot of spare tiles from the previous jobs but not the ones we needed for the shower. They ordered and installed the right ones and did not charge me. Mark and Bill were true professionals throughout the ordeal, and I recommend their products and services highly.

"Joseline" our sales person went above and beyond doing a super job for us. I am a retired general contractor and I know about many of the issues that can come up with these types of jobs - all the issues were handled in a professional manner by Joseline. She personally delivered tile in her personal car when a time deadline was near - amazing. The crews for the installation of the carpet and wood flooring were great (I used a friend for the tile installation.) They had to move furniture and had to deal with clutter - no damages and no complaints - all were friendly and professional - great job by all. We would recommend Floorscapes to anyone needing flooring. Super experience with them.

It was a pleasure working with JJ and Marcos at Albuquerque Tile and Stone. They installed Granite…read morecountertops for our kitchen remodel. Their price was second to the lowest of three bids, but I felt more confident working with them than the lowest bidder because JJ was receptive, had a website and office, and was a good communicator responding to text messages and phone calls even after 7 pm. Which brings us to the 5th star. This is my first attempt at building cabinets and remodeling the kitchen so I had very little experience and needed someone who could convince me that they really envisioned what I wanted. JJ went to Arizona tile with me to pick out my slab and was very patient while I waffled between two nearly identical pieces. They were extra accommodating in meeting our Thanksgiving deadline when I barely got the cabinets built the day before. They made sure they were ready to go as soon as I was. Marcos has a very efficient turnaround time, next day, sometimes same day as templating. The install went very smoothly. The countertops have held up a turkey and four martinis and nothing has crashed through the floor into the basement yet. The cut was perfect and well polished. I had some extra trim and asked for an add-on window sill. They just tacked on a couple hours of labor and didn't try to gouge me on the price. I was pleasantly surprised. They do accept credit cards but pass the fees on to the buyer so cash is cheaper.
