We contacted them a day or two ago and the person (sorry didn't catch his name!) arrived at the scheduled time. We did a quick walkthrough of the doors and then he got to work and was in and out in 30 mins. I appreciated that he was able to explain what he was doing and I had a couple of questions that he was able to answer. Super kind and thorough!
