Time is essential to me as I travel back and forth. Aquakor worked around my schedule to start the work. Kitchen counters and vanity counter was the goal. Their showroom carries a lot of great options to see in person. Javier and team did the demo and install, a day ahead of schedule. They cleaned up so well after they were done. I had an initial concern of the counter color I'd chosen, and Krikor immediately came to my home to verify and ensure it was accurate and it WAS. That stood out as a great customer experience for Krikor to act fast and verify in person bringing me the sample. He's giving me great ideas for adding tile back splash for my next project. Greetings, fellow Yelpers. If you're in the market for excellent, beautiful, high-quality…read morecarpeting and flooring, I'm here to let you know that AA De Soto Flooring & Carpet is the only place you'll need to visit, both for material and installation. First off, the owner, Mr. Rabbani, is a class act from start to finish. He is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient, which comes in handy, since these are important home decor decisions that should not be made in haste. His store has everything you could want in terms of flooring: carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, etc. You name it, he's got it. If he doesn't have it on site, he can most likely get it for you. And, if he can't get it, you probably don't want it. His prices are reasonable, his estimates are accurate, and you will feel welcome from the moment you enter to the moment you exit. But, that's just the first half of it. After having purchased flooring from Mr. Rabbani, and having been pleased with the price and quick turnaround, we were more than pleased with the skill, craftsmanship, meticulousness, exactitude, and attention to detail that his three rock-star installers had on display for the entirety of the two-day job. Fred, Alex, and Bryan, from the moment they set foot in our home, treated it as if it were their very own. Aside from being prompt, attentive, and utterly respectful, they stayed late, worked hard, and made sure that the entire experience was as pleasant as it could have possibly been. On top of that, all three were very cool guys, which was icing on the cake. Were I to hear from a family member, friend, or total stranger who was in the market for flooring and/or installation, my first and only recommendation would be to send them straight to AA De Soto Flooring & Carpet, posthaste. In these uncertain times, it can be difficult to know where to turn, whom to trust, and what to do. At times like these, I feel it is important to reward decency with decency. And, when it comes to business, a great price is one thing, but great people and a great experience is even more important. These little human interactions allow us all to make a difference in someone's day, week, month, year, or life... and a positive difference, at that. At AA De Soto Flooring & Carpet, you will be met with people who care about making others happy. Whether it be Mr. Rabbani, Fred, Alex, or Bryan, if you have these guys on your side, you're going to get what you want. And, who knows, maybe you'll be the next person to write these upstanding gentlemen a 5-star review?

We had driven down Oxnard Street numerous times on our way to various destinations and we had…read morealways passed by Floorscapes LA. Last month we decided this was the year we were finally going to have our flooring done. The last time it was ever remodeled was in the 80s. Our house is a pretty modest looking house built in 1949. Our living room floor was basically what you would see on ballroom floors or event banquet halls. Our kitchen and bathroom tiles had already been worn out and cracked. So we decided to go with Floorscapes LA. We visited their office/showroom and we were pleased to see the wide variety of flooring samples to choose from. They had everything from laminate, vinyl, traditional wood and engineered wood flooring. We spoke to Albert and David and they were extremely helpful in helping us choose the right flooring for our home. We were able to borrow some floor samples to see how they would look like at home. Albert came over to our house and took some measurements of the areas that were to have the new flooring installed. An estimate was drafted in detail, itemized completely and with total cost. The price was right for us, give or take that we knew that we may have had to pay extra in case they were to find any unforeseen damage underneath the old flooring. Everything that was to be done was explained in detail and all our questions and concerns were addressed before they started the job. My husband and I are completely satisfied with the excellent job that Floorscapes LA has done. Our floors look awesome. Albert, David, Henry and the entire crew were very professional and I am still surprised at how fast, yet completely thorough the job was completed. They had 5 crew members work on our flooring. Our living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and 1/4 bathroom were all completed in one workday. I work 12 hours and I can't believe they were done in less time than my entire shift. Well, our house is quite small compared to more modern houses, but again we were quite impressed. We highly recommend Floorscapes LA. Thank you again for a job well done.
