The owner is incredibly rude and the theater smells musty. The snack bar is well stocked though.

They usually always have at least one kids movie playing so you can take your kiddos to see a movie on the weekend without breaking the bank.

Front booth dude is literally insane or quadpolar. Seems like a laundering wash to me because he…read moredrives all his business out. We arrive at the booth and hes polite at first. He ask how many, I tell him 5. We pay, he hands us a menu and says tune into blah blah station for sound. I said great, thanks you have a good one. I start driving off and this dude screams and yells and has a childish come apart in front of my kids. I stopped and parked it like its hot and asked if I could fix his problem. He says the girls in the back have drinks. Fair enough I got out and threw them out while he was running his flapper non stop like an elderly lady not getting her way. Keep in mind these cups were as empty as this dudes head. He says, we live and die off concessions, which I think he meant to say we live or die off concessions. Fair enough I was getting concessions anyways Karen. Hes still running his mouth saying he "arrduh" make us leave. I'm ignoring him at this point like a spam call to the cell phone. Im in the truck easing off and treading lightly and find a parking spot. This maniac charges us as soon as we park and starts making an emotionally unintelligent scene you'd think you'd see only in a Hollywood film. He yells dont come back you're not welcome back, but doesnt kick us out. I said may I ask what for and he just stomps off like a child in trouble. Secondly if you do go in for concessions, his sister/wife is just as rude. She'll tap the counter and stare you down while your looking at the menu. She'll roll her eyes if you ask questions about things on the menu. Shell question your integrity with no evidence, just assumption. They expect you to come hungry/thirsty so dont eat for a week. Don't tell them their bathroom water faucet will be just fine after ordering a burger when they ask what you want to drink with it. They didnt like that answer. If you say no thanks to a drink while getting popcorn or food they go straight off the deep end and say your smuggling contraband. I wont ever be back and I hope you choose wisely where to spend your valuable time. If you do go don't try throwing your cups out at the trash can before the booth either. He'll just flap it non stop, possibly to the wrong person next time. Throw it away well before hand and when you see him just smile and say im so hungry, i haven't ate in a week, let me in. Skip their diner quality, restaurant priced food. Eat at Jake's like those other people on the other reviews!

UPDATE***** I reported this issue on Regal website and they responded very quickly and made it…read moreright!!!! We went here last night to see Detective Pikachu and a few weeks ago as well. Last night we chose this Regal because it would be hard to get tickets at Moore Warren on Friday evening right before the movie. THIS time it did not smell badly. Previously, it smelled like mildew, but they seem to have fixed that problem. The tickets and concessions are wildly expensive for not being a great theatre. I literally spend that much at the Warren and it's bigger and nicer with better seats, sound, picture etc. The biggest issue we had last night was in the middle of the movie, when the movie shut off and the lights came up with no explanation. Then it took a good 10+ min for it to come back on and then 10+ more min after that for the lights to go back down. Coming from someone with anxiety and being mindful of all of the movie theatre/school shootings lately, we were pretty freaked out with no reassurance and no explanation. Just a really bad experience. I was shaking in fear and it took way too long for any kind of resolve. It definitely took away from the experience. They definitely should have refunded us, but nothing was addressed with no apology or anything. Pretty disappointing

Not much to say! The prices at this place are outrageous and there is hardly anyone going to this…read moreplace anymore. I would find a different theatre to see a movie than this one. In health and Happiness! Cheers!

What a great find. I didn't even know that drive ins still existed. I thought going to the movies…read morewould be a thing of the past once baby boy was born. We got to see some great blockbuster movies this past summer when the baby was still a few months old and we didn't have a babysitter yet. When you first drive in, bring cash because it's like a dollar cheaper. I believe the first several rows in front are for nonsmoking. You can tune your radio to the station but before the movie starts (at sunset) they play some golden oldies. We tried the drive in with the suv backed in and laid blankets down with some fold up chairs. I think my husband got it right when we took the truck and backed in and set the fold up chairs... Sitting up higher gives you a better viewing of the screen. We went and bought a hand held radio with batteries. Some people stay in the car with the engine running.... But we have seen several cars battery die. They have a very strict rule of no outside food. Some people really complain about that and try to sneak it in. But it's a family run drive in, they probably don't make a lot of money from ticket sales....so not sure why people try to beat the system. Their menu items aren't that bad. It's better and bigger than a regular theater. Chili hotdogs to rootbeer floats. It's always gonna be a two for one showing. Some people don't stay for the second movie so during the 'intermission' people will drive off. It's a great time to get a better spot if you came in late and got a crappy spot. Is it the best cinematic experience? No, but it's a fun switch up for the kids, and an awesome way for new parents to still get to see movies out of the house. Sidenote: Summer's can be hot and lots of mosquitos. Definitely invest in bug spray!!!

We have been coming for years to the Chief Drive In. We have been sick with health issues the last…read morefew months and hadn't been in about a year. We decided tonight to get out enjoy a nice movie under the stars. Our son graduates High School tomrw and we wanted to celebrate with The Mandalorian Movie. First off, the only person who can eat anything they have is my husband. We paid for storm trooper popcorn buckets and didn't even want the popcorn and asked for them not to be filled so the kids could have them to keep as keepsakes for their rooms. We bought the souvenir cup and the one we ended up with grogu was misfiguted. My son took it back in they told him they can take it back. I get that, they could have made it right. We spent $36 to get in and over $70 on the two buckets, two souvenir cups, and a large popcorn bucket for my husband and his dip n dots. I do not know when the quality of the screen and picture got so terrible. We were in the front row and could not make out the characters in the movie. It was extremely dark. My husband went as far as finding a trailer and fast fed to part we were at and the picture was so colorful, yet chiefs was dark and hard to see. One character is red and you could even tell. We ended up leaving 40 mins in bc we were so miserable and couldn't tell what we were watching. Between fuel coming all the way over and concession, we had $200 in this night for graduation and nothing sadly to show for it.The screen and quality needs an overhaul.
