Had a great stay during our recent trip up to Ft. Sill for an Army graduation. The room with spacious with good amenities and the bed was super comfy. The staff was friendly and accomodating and the meal we had at Apache Grill was fantastic. We enjoyed the casino as well. Only critique is how loudly the room doors slammed, waking you late at night or early in the morning. Overall, was happy with our stay and would stay again. read more

The hotel seemed nice from the lobby. We were greeted at the desk. I booked the reservation on Expedia. We were given the keys and the room wasn't clean. The beds weren't properly made. There was hair in and on the bathtub. Some of the towels were missing. Come to find out, the room was given to us but was never cleaned. They sent someone to clean it and the manager called to apologize and let me know the room was clean less than 10 minutes later. I asked how did they change the sheets and clean up in 6 minutes? She offered free breakfast for the inconvenience but we just ended up canceling the reservation. read more

The hotel itself looks very nice. However, one out of the two restaurants that was supposed to be in service. Here is down for renovations, and it was the nicer of the two restaurants which means any plans of nice dinners without a taxi or car in general is completely out the window. I got to the hotel at 9:30 in the morning and was told I could not check in until three in the afternoon unless I wanted to pay $140 he said 100 I would get back eventually but people like me when we book places like this and we pay all of it at once it's because at that money we had the time to do so we don't tend to walk around with an excessive amount of money because we don't Have that much money. I waited all the way to three to check in and was then told I still had to pay the hundred dollars. They made it sound before like I only had to do it because I wanted to check in early and then come to find out was gonna have to do it one way or the other. Which was ridiculous. I get to my room finally and go out obviously for dinner. Come back have a shower and attempt to go to bed and until about 10 o'clock at night, I could hear people up and down the hallways and closing the doors really loud loudly and talking and laughing really loudly with no regard that people at this hour could be asleep. And then around 1 o'clock in the morning, I hear more banging in the doors and more people up and down the hallway, talking and laughing loudly. Again with no regard that obviously especially at this time, people are most certainly asleep. There's no fan or anything in the room provided to block the sound unfortunately. I gave up sleeping at 3:30 this morning because the noises just would not stop. And now I'm starving but their place does not open till six. I did try their other restaurant for lunch yesterday and their entire soda fountain was broken and most of the tables in there were dirty. I honestly don't have much good to say about this place whatsoever. The escalator leading upstairs was also broken, which makes you walk through the entire casino to about Midway In to use a stairway or escalator over there. I'm here for my son's Army graduation from basic training and I was really excited to get this hotel because it's midway between the airport and the base and looked like it had really great amenities just to get here and see that most are gone. The remote control looks dirty like something was spilled on it. My mother who also checked in here, not long after I did said that the receptionist was rude. She asked to speak to a manager and the manager for whatever reason called my phone my account and her account are not even attached. We made our reservations that completely different times completely different days checked in at different times and yet somehow my number ended up attached to my mom's account. The walls are thin and you hear everything so literally the only good thing about the place is it looks nice and it's close to the base. read more

The Apache Casino Hotel was a fairly nice hotel: not exactly luxury, but it's the best Lawton has to offer. We received a king sized room on the fifth floor and it was quite spacious. we did notice that the wood finish on many of the surfaces were chipped, and overall the room was really showing its age. The mattress itself felt like an old spring mattress, and it felt like I could feel the individual springs in the mattress; I didn't get all that great of sleep while I was here because of that. There was no safe in our room that I could find, so we kept our valuables on us at all times. Apart from the rooms, on check in we had some hiccups with the staff who had issues with our check in process, so we had to wait around for 10 minutes while they resolved things. Afterwards, they realized they did not have us do an incidental, so they had to call us to bring us back to the front desk to get it from us several hours after we checked in. They said we could come by at our convenience, but we received two more phone calls within half an hour while we were out enjoying our time. Their mistake became our problem, and we did not appreciate that. Aside from that, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. I felt very happy talking with most of the staff there for anything we needed. The hotel itself is nice, with its common areas and casino area very clean. There was no smoking inside so we enjoyed breathing clean air when we visited the casino. There is a grill that is open many hours of the day there, and a dinner restraint as well is open in the evenings. Is it nearby several restaurants, so food is easily accessible which we really liked. Overall, it was a good hotel, but we're not sure we'd stay here again unless we just wanted to conveniently gamble our whole trip without needing to leave. read more

After finding the hotel on Priceline we stayed here for 2 nights since we were in town for a graduation at Fort Sill. The staff were friendly and hotel and the room itself were great. I thought the mattress was comfy and the water got super hot when showering. The one thing I noticed was that they had a mini refrigerator but no microwave which would've been useful. I'm not much of a gambler so I didn't even step foot in the casino, however, other members of our group did and they had a good time. read more

The manager for concerts, LEE, likes to micro manage the patrons. He committed battery against myself and several other patrons at different times at the slaughter/vixen concert on 10-16-21. He is about 90 years old and needs to be in charge of a church, not a rock concert. Very disrespectful. I doubt I will come to another concert at this location, and will never go back to that casino. I came to Lawton to attend a graduation at Fort Sill. I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. I felt very welcomed by all of the staff. It's very clean and I felt very safe there with my 4 year old. Checking in was a breeze. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. There's a handful of places to eat in the hotel, including Starbucks. It's a short drive to Fort Sill, as well as plenty of stores and restaurants. If I ever have a reason to visit Lawton again, I would definitely book a room here. read more

This was one of my Dad's favorite places, he called it number 2. My sister and I brought my Mom out here for dinner here, it was my first time to eat in the new hotel restaurant. The lights were brighter than they needed to be, the chairs were exceptionally comfortable, and the look was modern and sleek. The food was good, but not great, the price on the prime rib special was good, and it came with all the sides. What made this place great was the service, brought by one of my Mom's favorite waiters, he was attentive, but not too much. I would go back and eat here anytime. read more

I had the opportunity to stay at the new hotel. I was met at the front and my reservations were ready. I got the King room. A great price too!! Well I went up to my room and was pleased on the way the room appeared and was laid out. The bed was big and the bathroom was big, Had a nice shower. Big closet for the clothes so they were out of the way. The TV was about 40 inches and had a lot of channels. The room was very clean and smelled fresh! The staff here does a great job! The management should be proud on the staff here. Hats off to the manager!! The rest of the hotel was really nice and well taken care of, again the management must be on it because this place is well kept!! The rest of my stay was great! The room was always clean when I got back from running around and doing a bit of gambling. Everyone here always greeted you with a hello. You don't get that much anymore. I'm here at the Apache Hotel as a subcontractor for a week. I'm not a gambler, so this is about the hotel itself. I've stayed in good and bad hotels around the world, and this is one of the better ones. Swanky rooms, excellent service, and very attentive (sometimes overly so) staff. Each room has it's own climate control (that actually works), and luxurious beds (they're on the soft side, which I like). Each room has HD TV, with limited channel selections (30 or so). The 360 Restaurant is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. I love the flirty waitress, who is excellent at her job. However, the burgers are dry, and the breakfast is sub-par. The omelettes are thin (not fluffy) and too greasy. The breakfast biscuit is very good, so order that instead of the toast. The coffee in the restaurant is terrible, but there's a Starbucks right across the hall inside the hotel. The saving grace is the Asian stir fry. It's excellent, although you should ask for extra sauce. The rice is perfect. The wi-fi is fast, but there's a 30-min. time out on it, so you have to re-logon, which is mildly irritating. Everyone (and that includes janitorial staff) says HI to you, and are all willing to have a conversation. However the table games were like a ghost town the entire time, so hope you enjoy playing by yourself. 360 restaurant is a great place to take your casino break and have some good food in a nice atmosphere. Apache Cafe is decent for breakfast but is NOT a restaurant, more like a mall food court setup. Cmon, lose the plastic silverware guys! As for the rooms, the beds were AMAZING, I don't think I've ever slept so soundly. Bathrooms were clean and modern with decent shower heads. Stop in for a great stay! Checked in for a two night stay at the Apache Casino Hotel for a work trip and was not disappointed! From the staff at the door to the front desk workers, everyone has a great attitude and are incredibly friendly! We checked in and headed up to our room without a hitch and was greeted by a very well-appointed and clean room. The room was a Standard sized room with two queen beds, and was very well organized and up-to-date. While there was no fridge or microwave (could just be our room?) the rest of the room was great. The beds were incredibly comfortable and you really just sink in to them. The one negative I have is the smoke in the casino area. If you want to go grab breakfast at one of their restaurants you will have to brave the smoke to get your food. Not something that I really enjoy but overall the stay was great! read more

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Like walking through prison security just to get through the front door. EVERY time you walk through the door they make you stop and look at a camera and force hand sanitizer. Even if you step out and immediately step back in. Staff is rude. Everyone still operates as if we're in the middle of a pandemic. Act like they so "clean and sanitized" yet there was blood stains on my bed sheets, sticky carpet, leaky toilet, leaky shower, etc. Key cards don't work half the time and elevator doesn't work without it. Limit 4 on elevator. Limit on "Complementary Breakfast" which was fine because it was awful. They nickel and dime for EVERYTHING. Staff is still forced to wear masks and it's obvious they hate it. Stop by this casino playing slot machines. It was a waste of money. They did not pay at all. I was playing for a long time until I had the bonus. I got nothing on the bonus. So I tried a few more times on the same machine to see if they paid me. They only paid me 5 cents for second bonus. The third and fourth times bonus, they paid me only $150. Machines were very tight. The casino outside look beautiful but inside look decent. People around Lawton area should stay home and save your money. read more

We were in town on our 15th consecutive year of duck hunting in this town. I had tipped the table over $50 in two hours. I got 1 warning not to vape (I don't emit ANY vapor when I hit my vape) the next person just walked up and said I was being evicted from the casino. You would think a broke ass town would care a little more about their visitors than that, but I guess not. A real casino is about 45 minutes from my hometown in Texas and you can burn heaters all night in there. So we won't be back. Have fun sucking Apache. read more

This is about the hotel portion of the Casino. It is a smoke free building and brand new. It has the swank of a Las Vegas casino but without the price. The casino offers a government rate, therefore I am staying here for an extended stay. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and respect. There is a nice fitness center with weights and treadmills on the second floor that is open until 10pm everyday. Also, there is a salt water pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit with a nice outdoor area that overlooks a nice grassy field. The pool and jacuzzi closes at 10pm. THe pool towels are a bit small, but I think there might be large ones getting washed. The room includes a complimentary breakfast ticket. My date and I both got the breakfast burrito with the green and red salsa. The burrito was okay. I don't think the salsa is from a jar. When the hotel is busy they offer a buffet breakfast. For the buffet breakfast there is an omelet bar and fresh fruit. I prefer the buffet breakfast. I would give the 360 restaurant a 3 based on the food tasting adequate, like diner food. read more

I live here in Lawtow,Ok. Lived here twelve years. I have been going to Apache Casino that long. I spend a lot of money there. Spent all most a grand tonight. When to the Casino snack bar, all I wanted was a cheese burger and fries. My girlfriend and I ordered yours at the same time. We waited for our orders (took a long time as usual). Her order came up(set in the window under heat lamp for who know how long) But my order never was called. My hamburger was in the serving window but no frie, so left my burge on the server window until my fries were done, of course my burger was cold,not only cold they gave it to me with no top bun just bottom bun. I ask for a hot burger, now my fries are cold waiting on my burger. I asked the supervisor about my burger, she smarted off to me that it took a long time for a fresh one. Like I was my my fault that I should of just took the cold one, like I was the one who messed up the order. I paid for my order but left empty handed. So not only do they screw up the order, and take the money for it. But treated me as though I was the problem, I have spent thousands at Apache Casino,for all that money,would you not think that I could get a hot cheese burger and fries that I pay for, and be treated with a little Respect! The Casino has a big problem that really needs to be addresse. I all so went to the 360 restaurant and ordered a club sandwich, my girlfriend ordered the same thing. It took forever of course, to get our food. The bread was stale and the house fried chips were cold I mean ice cold. The chips are supposed to be served HOT! Great stop in Lawton! If you are visiting the Wichita mountains and want a place that's close, this is a great option. The food in the restaurant was great as well (see other review). The accommodations were clean and service was excellent. Anytime we walked past the check in desk we were greeted. The outdoor area has a nice pool, cabana and fire pit... we loved hanging out by the fire pit to avoid the crowds in the pool... such a nice option! The casino is small, but they do have a non-smoking section and when we were there, they had a live band. It took some time to get a drink at the bar though, which was a bit frustrating. We ended up getting a bottle of wine and taking that down to the fire pit the following evening and enjoyed that just fine. Nice place! read more

We enjoyed our short stay at this casino. We of course read yelp reviews to casinos to find the best rated option, this was it. Room was nice, staff was friendly (so friendly by the morning my husband said I am ready to go so ppl will stop talking to me hahaha!) I thought it was awesome how everyone made it a point to be polite (rarity at some places these days) Casino was focused on slots for sure. We are not a fan of slot machines so this was a slight letdown. They did have a handful of card games which we enjoyed. There is a 50 cent tax for Oklahoma per player per game (except for craps which I am not sure why it is excluded) which can def add up if you are playing for a long time. Craps also does not include dice due to it being illegal in Oklahoma so they play with cards which was interesting since we had never seen that version. Alcohol is also not included free at this casino :( that by far was the biggest letdown! Prepare to pay for drinks. The 360 restaurant had a happy hour 5-8 $3 drinks which saved u roughly a $1/drink. The food was ok at the 360 but not amazing by any means. We enjoyed the grill restaurant instead for breakfast and found that is was better and cheaper. I am not sure how the dinner is at the grill restaurant but based on breakfast we wished we would have had dinner there instead of 360. Overall great experience glad we made the stop :) read more

The casino is now non-smoking in all areas. What a shame since I really enjoyed playing their vintage slots. So my player's card is immediately thrown into the trash bin on my way to the parking lot. Where I sat down on a bench and enjoyed a cigarette before letting Apache see my backside for the very last time. Hey, Apache, smoking and gambling are hand-in-hand for so many players.
