I normally order from a store in San Diego but ran across Vase Market. I really like their unique pieces, selection and that they gave quantity discounts. I had an issue with a couple of the pieces and they VERY QUICKLY took care of the issue. This made me so happy, especially since the San Diego vendor took what felt like forever to deal with issues and defects. I have already suggested to other friends. I will be doing a party next week, if I am able to post those pictures I sure will. My goal is that my client is completely delighted with this beautiful look of candlelight as I am sure she will be. Already have more in my cart for my next order! I love the selection!!

After spending countless days and hours trying to figure out about centerpieces for my wedding, I finally came across Vasemarket.com The prices were very fair and the customer service was amazing along with the shipping costs top! I must say they are the way to go with any glassware you may be needing! I shopped around online and out in the stores, and nothing came into comparison with Vasemarket.com I highly recommend them!

I was looking for two hurricane vases to use in my garden window to protect herb plants from my cats. This is the only place I could fine exactly what I wanted and the price was great. The items were packed amazingly well.

"They ALL have some sort of imperfection."(OMG.) "OWN shipping method." "a refund for the items ONLY."(What? I received defective.)

I placed an order for a set of 3 apothecary jars and received all of them are defective. Huge bubbles(I'm not talking about small ones you usually see in cheap glasses) that you can feel the bump if you touch. Tilted. Black dusts are inside and there is a dent that is filled by black dirt(?) that you can not remove. I sen't them photos to show the proof and received a reply. Please check the screenshot of their reply that I attached to this review. They replied me and said "All have some sort of imperfection." then why does Vase Market say "Our products are high-end quality" on their website and on Yelp!? They admitted that their all products have some sort of imperfection!! Yes, sure do because even HomeGoods and Marshals sale much better no defective apothecary jars for cheaper price. But Vase Market still says that they carry high-end quality glass products!! I was tricked by their words. Doesn't make sense!! Contradictory!! They are ok with a refund for "the items ONLY."(What? So no shipping fee I paid. I paid and received imperfect ones, not the ones they say high-end quality.) They mentioned me about "OWN shipping method."(Yep, they do not want to pay return shipping fee even though they sent me defective items.) Refund is for the items "ONLY."(What? again, I received imperfect ones, not the ones they say high-end quality.) People out there, If you click my experience as a "funny" instead of clicking "useful", then good luck for ordering on Vase Market. I assume a lot of people who don't have empathy for anything click "funny" anyways.

Ordered a set of choches from their website. Items arrived shockingly fast and in perfect condition. I would happily order again.

Employees are very helpful and friendly, and can often be seen restocking merchandise. The variety of products is very helpful and fun, as customers can find new items for just about anything they want to decorate or add life to an existing home or garden project. Prices are fairly reasonable, though you will find a few items a little higher here than at other stores. Overall, this is a fun place to shop.

I walked into the store and noticed it was really crowded. That being said, I went straight to the rear, grabbed some supplies that I needed, and walked directly to the register area. As I approached the area there were 3 cashiers. I went and stood in one of the lines that seemed endless. After waiting for approximately 10 min, the cashier looked at several customers, including myself, and stated he was closed. Very frustrated, I walked to a different line. Since I was desperate and in need of the merchandise, I stayed and waited patiently until it was my turn to pay. My main complaint was not the amount of time I stood in line or the amount of customers. It was the way the closed line was handled. If a line is closed, there needs to be a sign or some indication that the line is closed. A customer should not have to stand in line for any period of time, only to be told it is closed. That's poor management, and customer service in my opinion. During the holidays, Hobby Lobby should have more cashiers. That place is always crowded, and it would be nice to know that you are not gonna be standing in a line for 30 min before you can return or purchase. I

Pros for this location aside it being just minutes away from my house is its huge parking lot. Cons is their broken shopping carts. Not sure why but if you take the shopping cart outside, the wheels freezes up where you would need to lift up the cart to move it out of the middle of the parking lot. This happens every time and not just to me, but also those around me with shopping carts. It's extremely frustrating when you have bigger items in your cart and need to carry it to your car. Like most HomeGoods stores, it is directly connected to a TJ Maxx where you can find apparel and accessories for the whole family. I don't shop there so I just usually get what I need at HomeGoods and head straight to checkout. Overall, HomeGoods in general is one of my favorite retail store, because I love shopping for home decor and kitchen things. My favorite location is probably the store in Pasadena or Walnut. My obsession? Their $0.99 reusable bags - I literally have hundreds of them, because they seem to come out with different designs every week. My trunk is full of their bags but I still go in without them so I could buy new ones to add to my collection.

Very disappointing customer service experience at Ross Store #1557…read more We shopped here on September 12 and checked out around 8:15 PM. We had already waited our turn in a long line like everyone else. When it came time to pay, there was a simple issue involving a few cents in change. My wife was looking for a nickel, and I had a quarter in my pocket, so I offered it to the cashier thinking she could simply take the quarter and give us the difference back. Instead, the cashier gave us an attitude and said she didn't know how to make the change because she had already entered the amount into the register. What really bothered us was when she said she "couldn't waste her time on that because it wasn't fair to the other customers." We ARE customers. We waited in that same line too. Nobody was asking for special treatment. We were simply trying to complete our purchase. If the register wouldn't allow her to change what she had already entered, she could have explained that politely and professionally. Instead, we were made to feel like helping us complete our transaction was an inconvenience and a waste of her time. Ironically, the way the situation was handled ended up taking longer than simply resolving the change issue in the first place. This isn't about 20 cents. It's about customer service, professionalism, and how you speak to people who are spending their money in your store. There was no reason for a basic checkout transaction to turn into an uncomfortable experience because of an employee's attitude. For management's reference, our receipt shows Store #1557, Register 03, Transaction 8830, Associate #2605128, September 12, 2026 at 8:15 PM. I hope management actually reviews this transaction and addresses the situation with the associate involved. Customers shouldn't be told that helping them is a "waste of time," especially after they've already patiently waited their turn.

This last time I went, I was just mindin my business looking at everything, and I caught a glimpse of the worker, staring at me two or three times. One worker even took something from my hands, and told me that it would be waiting for me at the front. This is not something heavy, nor bulky. So I don't understand why they would take it for me. When I go to check out, I noticed the price I got rang up for was a different price than what I saw, the worker very politely explains that it must've been misplaced, and off to the side, I see the three workers kind of chuckle, like they assumed I placed it there on purpose and got caught? I appreciate the quality of these items, but I would rather make a further drive, then to have to put up with this stuff.

I did get a little anxious as everything looked so fragile and I didn't want to break anything. Overall it was a good experience. The prices you'll pay are obviously more than if you went to Mexico to purchase the items yourself, but when you factor in gas and other expenses it evens out.
