I decided on getting their "Nadia" Morganite Ring and began my inquiry through their e-mail address provided on their website (anyedesigns.com). Communication with MJ: MJ is the person who responds to most of their inquiries and she was extremely helpful and responsive. I told her that my anniversary was only 5 days away and she immediately got my ring into production and shipped out the following day. To give you the exact timeline, I put my order in on Wednesday, it was finished on Thursday, and I received it on Friday at 9:11am. She made sure I got my ring in time for my anniversary and stayed in constant contact so I felt reassured. Thank you MJ. You are the best! Packaging: My ring was really well protected. It was protected by packaging 3 times. First it was covered in a bubble wrap envelope, then surrounded by a small FedEx box, and then surrounded on top of that with a medium FedEx box. They don't stand by their products! I had issues with my ring turning my finger green. I contacted customer service and they didn't offer any solutions to help me. They suggested I spend more next time and get 18k gold or platinum. I feel like 14k gold should be high quality enough to not discolor my finger after paying 3500.00 it. MJ (the owner)/Anye designs will not disappoint you! I had been eyeing their moissanite rings for 3 years. I sent my boyfriend a couple of different companies to choose from, including Anye, and he ended up trying to purchase my ring from a different company. The company was giving him the run around and had an an estimated production turn around of 4 months! Long story short, he came to me panicked because the other company had essentially ghosted him. He was planning to propose in August 2020 and we both had kind of accepted that it wasn't going to happen due to the ring issue. I decided to take it upon myself to email Anye Designs to ask what their turn around time would be just to get the ball rolling. The owner, MJ, emailed me back within 24 hours saying that the ring could be at our doorstep in 2 weeks. I was over the moon!!! I recently had my original ring replaced here through my insurance. And it was somehow even better than the original! I got a custom jasmine with a thinner band, & Elongated cushion center stone. There is a ruby detail at base of head that represents my husband. In addition to my new engagement ring, I got 2 stacking rings, a thin YG diamond band, & their "constellation" band which Maya had tweaked to be sturdier than the original version which was daintier. I also got a solitaire necklace, with the cutest emerald diamond set in a white gold bezel, & she customized the chain to be a paper clip style YG chain. Basically no matter what you imagine, she can make come to life. In the beginning, I was so incredibly indecisive with so many different ideas. Even though I loved my original ring, I had the head redone by a local jeweler, after I realized that I should have gotten sculpted instead of straight prongs. (Just my preference) but ever since I took it to a local jeweler, it was never quite the same. The first jeweler made the hidden halo stick out oddly, and the second one did so many mistakes & barely got it back in time for my wedding. Because of these experiences, I was trying so hard to make sure that I got it perfect the first time, so I would never have to go through that experience again with a local jeweler. Maya, the retail manager who took care of me throughout the whole process, really was so incredibly patient with my indecisiveness and helped guide me in the right direction. I literally could not be more pleased with the final result. Each piece I got was incredibly stunning. But the engagement ring is definitely the stand out that everyone is commenting on! Maya was so incredible to work with. I worked with MJ last time, & made contact about a resizing & never heard back despite a few attempts. Maya was extremely responsive, and while you get the feeling she is responsible for a whole lot- you never felt like you were a burden or stressing her out. I found Anye Designs from a Pinterest post and I was immediately obsessed with all of their pieces of jewelry. It was time for my boyfriend to pop the question and when he asked me if I had a ring in mind I seriously told him to buy anything from Anye Designs and I would be happy- and I was. After getting my first ring, I somehow broke one of my prongs. Not understanding how I had only had the ring for two weeks and a prong was already broken I was concerned so I called ( obviously frustrated ) and everyone I spoke to was so nice and understanding. I found out my fiancé bought 18k rose gold instead of 14k and 18k is a softer gold. Without any charge I sent my ring back and Anye Designs remade my ring for me with 14k gold instead and I have had it for five months with no issues at all. As we got close to my wedding I felt like the ring needed to be sized down half a size because it wasn't completely as tight on my finger as I would like it, once again free of charge Anye designs was so helpful and had me send the ring back to resize it. After sending my ring back it got lost in the mail - tracking number and everything didn't pull up for over three weeks and I was full on panic mode. Luckily- the ring popped up a week before my wedding but I was so concerned the ring wouldn't make it back in time for my wedding. I called Anye and she had the ring resized the day she received it and it is in the mail to come back to me in two days (all free of charge) to make it for my wedding. I could cry because of how over and beyond this jewelry store has gone for me. Also- my wedding band came here and the size is perfect and it is so beautiful and I can not wait to wear them together.
