She won't let the driver leave if the patient is taking a Valium! No joke! Parking Lot: This gets 2-3 stars. There is not enough handicapped parking for the people they serve. My dad uses a walker and needs to park close to the facility. When we arrived for his appointment there was no close parking except for the "doctor's only parking." I made the suggestion to the front desk receptionist that maybe they could find parking further away to allow their patients closer parking spots. Time: From a Caretaker perspective....You have to stay with the patient during their procedure and you cannot leave the property. Two weeks later I called and they never returned my call. Two weeks later my referring doctor called and they said they would call me immediatly. Not true. 13 days later, they called to say they set up a date, and said they were sorry but they had been short of office personel. Two months and 5 days later.
