From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Erin was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through different vinyl flooring options that would fit my budget, lifestyle, and design preferences. She brought samples to my home, which made it much easier to visualize how everything would look in the actual space. Installation was just as impressive. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. They made sure the subfloor was properly prepped and the planks were laid seamlessly--no gaps, lifting edges, or mess left behind. They also installed new baseboard which look amazing. Not only does the new vinyl floor look beautiful, but it also feels durable. I've gotten so many compliments! The counter top is not leveled. We've tried contacting CRT about it. Erin tells us he's coming on Friday June 19th. Again, a No Show. Cannot go forward with our backsplash as counter uneven. Communication is very poor, no return calls, No Shows, still waiting... Next week I will go higher up, as I paid high dollar, and I believe I should get high dollar service too. Tired of waiting. I agree with the prior one-star reviewer. I was working through my designer but agree they were…read morevery slow to respond, and often took multiple calls or emails to get a response. They'd change dates and times last minute, causing a considerable inconvenience. We did ultimately use them but wish we hadn't. Despite coming out and making template, the installation was anything but easy. I've had countertops installed in multiple residences over the years and there is always a bit of adjustment onsite, but this time they had to do lots of grinding and polishing, and even had to cut into the drywall to make it fit. Not to mention the shoving and pounding to force them into place. After they were installed I noticed some of the edges were uneven and just not very professionally finished. If you're reading this looking for a countertop installer, definitely go look elsewhere. I will next time.
