They'd change dates and times last minute, causing a considerable inconvenience. We did ultimately use them but wish we hadn't. Despite coming out and making template, the installation was anything but easy. I've had countertops installed in multiple residences over the years and there is always a bit of adjustment onsite, but this time they had to do lots of grinding and polishing, and even had to cut into the drywall to make it fit. Not to mention the shoving and pounding to force them into place. After they were installed I noticed some of the edges were uneven and just not very professionally finished. If you're reading this looking for a countertop installer, definitely go look elsewhere. I will next time.
