THEY SAVED THANKSGIVING!!! AWESOME EXPERIENCE - We needed a plumbing repair for a rental property…read morewhere the pipe busted and the water had to be turned off the day before Thanksgiving. That morning they responded to my request starting around 6:30 am and he was at the house with the repair completed by 10 am. Not only were they fast they were a great communicator! Since this was a rental house and we don't live there he did a great job of showing us photos of the problems and the repairs he had completed. All this for a very fair price. Don't let the name on yelp fool you, like it did me, they are a plumbing, electrical and landscape company. I'd highly recommend and we will be using them for our future jobs.

This was my experience with Kunze Plumbing. Mr. Kunze showed up on time, which was good. I had…read morehired him to fix the gas flow inadequacy to our fireplace, which was communicated to him before he took the job. Jackson Electric had tested the propane line into the fireplace and told me that the flow was inadequate, likely due to blockage. Kunze checked and said the flow was actually fine and worked on the fireplace insert instead. We could light it, but the flame was low. He spent a significant portion of the billed time on the phone with the manufacturer. The last hour that I was billed for was for another call, which was not made from my home, in which he made arrangements with the manufacturer to return the unit to be fixed or replaced. His total bill was $450. I had already paid Jackson Electric a couple hundred dollars, and the cost of the fireplace insert was less than $400. After I paid Kunze's bill, I purchased an electric fireplace insert for $250, and I am delighted with it. I do not know if Jackson Electric or Mr. Kunze was correct, but they gave me conflicting information, and after spending over $1,000 for a new propane fireplace insert, I had to spend another $250 to go electric and get a fully operational heater!
