We had a water softer and RO system installed about 8 years ago. We struggled for the better part of 6 years (previous ownership) to receive a technician that could identify let alone fix the issues. No one seemed bothered by the extensive damage done to all of my plumbing fixtures, one new dishwasher and washing machine (new build, all new appliances). Again, previous ownership. After one visit by Gilbert, he quickly identified the issue and repaired a common wear item that should have been replaced on a maintenance. Gilbert is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional and is just the nicest guy, which is a rarity in customer service today. We needed the RO drain moved and the technician took care of it efficiently. Then he checked water chemistry and made sure everything was working properly at the softener.
