I recently used CRT Flooring Concepts in Victoria to help choose and install vinyl flooring for our…read moreremodel. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Erin was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through different vinyl flooring options that would fit my budget, lifestyle, and design preferences. She brought samples to my home, which made it much easier to visualize how everything would look in the actual space. Installation was just as impressive. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. They made sure the subfloor was properly prepped and the planks were laid seamlessly--no gaps, lifting edges, or mess left behind. They also installed new baseboard which look amazing. Not only does the new vinyl floor look beautiful, but it also feels durable. I've gotten so many compliments! I highly recommend CRT they made what could have been an overwhelming project feel totally manageable from start to finish.

June 9, 2026 CRT starts the Demo on our kitchen countertops. (After keeping us waiting the day…read morebefore without telling us demo man wouldn't be showing up. ) He comes, puts up counter top. The counter top is not leveled. We've tried contacting CRT about it. Erin tells us he's coming on Friday June 19th. Again, a No Show. Cannot go forward with our backsplash as counter uneven. Communication is very poor, no return calls, No Shows, still waiting... Next week I will go higher up, as I paid high dollar, and I believe I should get high dollar service too. Tired of waiting. I was going to do my entire house updated, at this point I just don't know!!

    CROSSROADS TITLE COMPANY

    CROSSROADS TITLE COMPANY

DO NOT USE and here is why…read more.... Initial title papers that came to us after the initial offer was accepted referred to my husband as "Wife" and not spouse. I made a note on the paperwork that this was 2020 and they needed to update their paperwork and that if this was not corrected by closing their would be an issue...it was corrected. Four days prior to closing I asked my real estate agent if a time had been scheduled for closing (I was worried since the title company we were using for closing on the Austin house we were buying had been in constant contact and had scheduled closing two weeks out.) and I was informed that Crossroads had YET to clear the title even though the contract deadline had passed. I was told Crossroads was unsure how to handle my divorce from five years prior. Once I engaged the aid of a real estate attorney, I was miraculously told the tile was cleared but still had not received ANY communication from crossroads about closing other than they had cleared the title. Since I was long distance I was asking for a closing where we were now located all communicated via my real estate agent, but still no direct communication for Crossroads. I was finally told by my real estate agent that they were going to ask our title company in Austin to do a "courtesy closing". Crossroads never contacted the title company in Austin to ask for the "courtesy closing" but instead just faxed the paperwork. Our title company in AustIn confirmed this for us and thank goodness the title company in Austin helped us since they left my husband off the majority of the paperwork. Thankfully the Austin title company had him sign and added his name to the paperwork. Once we had signed the paperwork, I noticed two days later that the funds from the sale had not been wired to my bank account. STILL NO COMMUNICATION FROM CROSSROADS. Once my bank and real estate agent got involved, I was told there was some problem wIth funding but did not receive the wire transfer until very late that afternoon. I repeat DO NOT USE. Not professional, not communicative. Sloppy work.

I am my Uncles legal guardian and had to sell his property to care for his needs. After months of…read moreongoing repairs, delays, bringing everything up to code and complying with all of the Title companies instructions, I asked them to do my one favor. On the final day of closing Crossroads informed me that the property (unbeknownst to me) was deeded to a trust. I told them that was fine as long as the wiring instructions stayed the same. The proceeds of the sale needed to go into my Uncles account. They told me they needed to contact the person (who was not involved in the sale of this property) that was in charge of the trust. I then asked them to do me the favor of keeping me informed. To my surprise, they wired the proceeds to the other person who was tied to the trust on the very next day, without informing me or calling me back as I had asked them to do! After doing everything they asked me to do for them, after months of delays and headaches, and over 50k of repairs, they did not even bother to inform me of what their intentions were. They just wanted to close the deal! I could have just rented the home instead of selling it, if I knew the proceeds were not going to be deposited into my Uncles account. Sellers, BEWARE!
