(That happened to me in February) She didn't take my complaints seriously because my overall health is great and I all my blood tests always run normal. However, I wanted prescription to see a specialist and she asked where I'm planning to go and when I mentioned doctor's name she was refusing to give me prescription because she doesn't like him personally(?????). She suggested other doctor but I chose a doctor I wanted to visit and she finally gave me prescription. I had to have a surgery the next day and if I would listen to her I would end up in the emergency room. So bottom line : I won't come back to this office, never ever in my life.

She took a great deal of time going over my tests and gave me her opinion as to care she would like to start, but also detailed what her expectations were and how long the treatment might last. She answered every question I had for her and for the first time in a long time, I felt that I really mattered. Do not get me wrong, I have several very great and qualified doctors who also show compassion, but this review is solely for Dr. Acquafredda alone and she deserves it. Perhaps some of the new doctors starting out would remember that patients rely on them for more than just their professional opinion Some patients are apprehensive and scared and would welcome a bit of kindness at difficult times. Her bedside manner is terrible. She needs to realize patients are scared when they walk into her office and she should be more professional when expressing herself. I found her to be very unprofessional. Just a horrible experience. She wanted to see me again in a month. That will not happen. Office was dirty too and in the exam room there appeared to be dried blood on the floor by the exam table. I called the office and let her staff know I would not be back and why. I was really shocked at her behavior or I would have told her all this in person. She acted like I was putting her out for even being there in the first place. Her staff, however were very professional. More so than the dear Dr. herself. Oh and the brilliant diagnosis she came up with for the open wound on my breast was, "It's just a piece of missing skin." And she drew me a picture of it on paper as if I didn't know what it looked like. Condescending and extremely nutty. I in fact have a very bad infection. Thank God for my primary care physician who actually took a culture and prescribed antibiotics for me along with an antibiotic cream. Dismissive and dangerous because of her dismissive behavior. I don't know who the woman on all her videos is. But that was not the woman with the supposedly professional demeanor that attended to me. She was totally off! Even if I had something serious, which thankfully I do not, I would not let her touch me again ever!
