If you're not familiar with the brand - they're wonderful! Pure little pieces of handmade liquorice - free of any sugar and additives. They're perfect for sucking on during the day and after meals. The bracelets have a warranty and registration number...They are beautifully packaged and make a wonderful gift. So far I have purchased three and the recipients all were thrilled. They will even restring the bracelet for you for free (within the first month) if it's not the right size. They carry a wide variety of other interesting products like soaps, essential oils...I think these blessing bracelets are my go to gift now! They seem to range in price from $20 on up. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by an unexpected surprise: a dog that seemed to materialize out of nowhere. As someone with a mild dog allergy, this was not a welcome greeting. The dog was persistent in its attention, refusing to leave me alone, which made for a slightly uncomfortable shopping experience. The situation was further compounded by the associates' lack of attentiveness. Despite the store being relatively empty, the staff seemed to be preoccupied with their own tasks, leaving me to fend for myself. I approached one associate, hoping for assistance, but they were so engrossed in their work that they couldn't even spare a moment to check me out for a single item. It was as if I were invisible, a mere inconvenience in their day. The most egregious display of poor customer service came when a female associate was too busy talking with another customer who was complaining about everything. She couldn't even be bothered to check me out for a simple transaction. It was clear that she was more interested in the other customer's complaints than in helping the customers who were actually trying to make purchases. This was a stark reminder of the store's blatant disregard for customer service. The entire experience was not welcoming and this is a 5-star rated store? I don't think so. The store's lack of customer focus and the associates' blatant disregard for their jobs were glaring issues that need to be addressed. I hope this review reaches the right people, as the store has potential, but it needs to prioritize its customers if it wants to keep them. I am not going to be coming back until something maybe improves better.

I stepped into their cozy little store and learned that they make most of their bodycare products.from locally grown flowers and herbs. And the most enchanting samples were their essential oils. When I found out they offered massages and facials, I signed up to have my meatmush slathered in lavender. I might still feel bad, but I was going to smell GOOD. All Over. I decided on a lavender facial and an essential oil massage. My sad cadaver perked up a bit, it's tattered chest heaved a tiny bit of herb infused hope. I walked down two doors to their little downstairs spa. My lovely massage therapist used many skintastic elixirs, but my fave was the organic Lavender oil made from lavender grown right there in Victoria, B.C. Herbs from different areas really do have different characteristics. This oil smelled like a gorgeous soft fragrant meadow on a sunny day in the spring. Like purple trees in May. Since it was actually a drizzly grey cooooohhhld day in February this was some purple spell she cast. Everything is natural and most items are made by the shop owner. There's also a counter of jewelry and a smattering of other locally made items too. Prices are decent for the products and the shop even has little sample bars you can try out of each type! I love that they have these little samples. Not only are you allowed to take as many as you want, which really you should limit yourself to a few, but it helps with being able to smell each scent by itself. Take a look around and breathe in the clean aromas. Questions? The shop owner is really nice and I saw her chat it up with some really curious ladies with tons of questions.

Definitely something to keep on standby at home for a gift. There are just too many to pick from.
