The staff here is super nice, and the inside is clean and inviting. BUT--let's talk about the parking situation. It's rough. This location is constantly busy due to it being in a strip mall, and to make it even trickier, it's on a one-way street. If you're coming from Ford Road onto Greenfield, making a turnaround is a nightmare. You either have to do a risky U-turn or turn onto a side street after passing the building completely. Honestly, I do think the juice is worth the hassle but...I recently discovered another Vara Juice location that's way easier to access, and I might just drive the extra few minutes for the convenience. Still, this one will always have a special place in my heart since it's where I fell in love with Vara juice.

The watermelon juice is good as is the virgin Moscow mule and shots like the resistance and immunize. I am looking forward to try our their health bowls but can't pass up their farmer's salad from Brome when I am here. Note: the prices here are a bit steep, the juices, smoothies are good but rather pricey.

Drove all the way back to the office. My chicken kafta looks to be lamb, not at all what I ordered. My large fattoush is covered in pita chips. Had to spend several minutes getting every pita chip out of the salad. It's good I am not allergic to gluten. They shove the dressing packet in the corner of the salad, so you get a bit less, that and the pita chips. Other than that, the salad was fine. I am quite disappointed the order is not right! The crushed lentil soup has a lot of rice in it, which is just filler to me. Has some clumps of something, may be rice and starch? It's too inconvenient to drive all the way back. Do be sure to check your carry out order before you leave the place. The crushed lentil is quite bland, not much flavor to it. Tastes some fennel, quite a few clumps of starch. The soup is more rice than lentil. I could count on one hand how many traces of lentil was in my bowl of soup. What in the world? My husband ate the lamb kafta, since I don't eat red meat. He said it was so-so, but rather dry.
