They had become gross and couldn't be cleaned anymore because the dirt was like stuck underneath so he pulled them all up and regrouted in like 10 minutes. Then he noticed that inside our sink some of the group was coming up as well. He didn't even charge us extra and replaced that in like 2 minutes. Everything was done outstandingly and we will definitely be using them again.

Not measured correctly, had to add extra trim to cover their mistake on our large backsplash slab. Then the measurement person said it was because we were doing a replacement and measurements can be off. The seams are huge and visible and couldn't be adjusted after being placed, I noticed 1 corner wasn't finished and they had to adjust it on site . 9 months later and we have discoloration on multiple edges despite sealing it. I've asked for help and they said this isn't covered under the warranty. I'm looking at costly repairs or replacement on something I waited 15 years to change out. They did do a good job on my quartz remnant for my bathroom vanity but I had to really convince of them if the placement of the sinks as it's off set from what is usual. I would not use them again and it's a shame. Deb was great to work with and is a huge asset to them.

My husband and I hired USA Pro Construction for a project to remodel our kitchen. This included…read moreceramic tile from the entryway through the kitchen to the powder room; new powder room vanity, lights, towel rack, toilet paper holder; kitchen cabinets, kitchen backsplash, granite countertop; painting, light fixture in hall, new baseboard; electric and plumbing for garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher, over-the-counter microwave. I really like Mike and believe he, his brother Keith and a couple of intermittent helpers basically know what they are doing. I would like to say I love the finished product, but it is just okay. Besides the overall incomplete and/or rushed items done in a non-professional manner (paint, trim) and the fact a 3-4-week estimate turned into 7-8 weeks, two of the largest items have major issues. 1. Our new cabinets went up right after the demolition of the kitchen and I immediately noticed they were the wrong cabinets. After admitting this was his mistake Mike continued to tell us new doors were coming. This lie continued for three months. We have now found out that we cannot just replace the doors. Our only option is to order unfinished doors and have them stained, etc. as close as possible to the color of our cabinets. We withheld part of our last payment to Mike but the total expense to replace the doors is more than double the amount we withheld. Unfortunately, we have decided to install the doors that were ordered in error even though they are far from what we wanted and have some minor scratches. My husband installed them. 2. The ceramic tile we had installed is a wood grain look. As the days went by after installation, we could see there was a haze on the tile. Mike said it might take 13 washes or more to remove this haze and twice he mopped on a special acidic cleaner. This did not help. After my 70-year-old husband spent two days (two different times) on the floor applying an acidic cleaner by hand and mopping the floor well over 13 times, the haze remains. We now are having a tile and grout company cleaning the tile, repairing a couple of loose tiles, adding grout where it has come out and sealing the grout in both our floor and backsplash ... with no guarantee the haze can be removed. Mike also promised to give us all receipts and warranties but, after numerous requests, that has not happened. Maybe this job was more than they could handle both knowledge-wise and size-wise or possibly their experience lies in other areas of construction. I know money may have been an issue for ordering new doors, but all Mike needed to do was let us know and we would have paid for them and deducted the cost from the last payment. Maybe better quality and less messiness will come with more experience and I hope for Mike's success with his business, but his priority should be honesty in communicating with his clients and quality work.

Even though Dreamworks provided the most expensive painting quote for our home (almost double the…read moreother quotes), I hired them because of their 2 year guarantee and because they claim "Every job is done right the first time to a high level of detail by professionals..NO babysitting..NO nightmares... Guaranteed!" After hiring Dreamworks to paint the interior of our home in July 2010, we were left with sloppy work including paint on floors,cabinetry, furniture, and trim, bubbling paint, visible brush and roller strokes and lots of roller lint, uneven paint coverage, missed spots, visible patches, and unrepaired ceiling seams and nail pops. They also deeply scratched our hardwood floors when moving furniture during painting, then Matt scratched them again when returning to our home to evaluate the damage. Matt sent out a painter who did a small portion of the repairs. Matt assured us he would complete all of the repairs, and after 2 months of calling and emailing him to set up an appt, we finally got a repair appt scheduled. The night prior to the appt, Matt called me and in an extremely unprofessional, rude, and aggressive phone call informed me that he was cancelling the repair appointment and said I could sue him if I wanted the work completed. I told him I would be posting reviews and reporting this issue to the BBB. I did both of those things. Matt then called 2 weeks later and said the reviews were hurting his business and offered me a partial refund in exchange for removing my reviews. I agreed, took down my reviews, and marked my case resolved with the BBB. Matt told us the refund check was in the mail, but we never received it. After weeks of calls/emails, Matt told us again that he would send the check. Again, we never received it. He is now not responding to our attempts to contact him. Bottom line - I lost 4 days of work accommodating repair appts for work that should have been "done right the first time", I spent countless hours emailing/calling Dreamworks trying to coordinate repairs and filing complaints with the BB, I paid to have a 2 year guarantee which has already proved worthless, my floors are damaged, and 5 months later the project is still incomplete. Dealing with this company has cost me a huge amount of money and stress.
