The thing is a nightmare, it falls off randomly, had to look for it for two days. Then, when you want to remove it to reload, it won't bloody come off. I went back three times to get the guys to get it off for me - and it came off - go figure. I hate this thing soooo much. A good policy would be to take the offensive item back, refund the money or replace the thing with something that works - but NO. I bought a new one and have chucked the mode and the ridiculous thing in the garbage. So there is a 150 bucks down the toilet. Don't buy it.

I had walked out without my coils and when I went back in, the girl got my coils but when I went to pay the owner(I believe) he gave them to me without charge. That kind of generosity made me switch stores and I won't be going anywhere else. Times are tough and that kind of generosity says a lot about the man. Nothings free these days and for the two packs of coils he bought himself a lifetime customer. Super nice owner who deserves everything good! Bless him!
