I rarely write reviews for places but I was so impressed by this place that I happened to stumble…read moreupon today that I just HAVE to leave a review. First of all, the employees working there today were sooooo friendly and beyond willing to go out of their way to accommodate things for you to your liking. For example, I'm a fan of menthol and the associate proceeded to tell me that they'll mix menthol to any flavor you want. They seemed pretty knowledgeable as well, and very personable. We sat and chatted with the employees for a little while and they seem so cool and down to earth. Secondly, they have a HUGE selection of equipment and flavors. I'm honestly blown away by how much they have to offer. The atmosphere is very chill and laid back. The only bummer is that it's kinda tucked away in a hard to see location. But trust me, if you're in this area and you're into vaping, you need to check out this place. You won't regret it. Another bummer is that they were out of the coils I needed BUT they assured me they were gonna order them for me and have them in soon, so I love their initiative. Two thumbs up. This place deserves some good business.

I was a customer via my husband first then I also started vaping and they were incredibly helpful, nonjudgmental with my lack of vape knowledge, friendly, great discounts and rewards, and just an overall great vibe! I moved away and our new vape shop is also ran by a woman. I am proud to say I took a leap of faith and applied for a job with them. I've now been helping run 3 stores for over a year. I never would have thought that was possible without this woman owned shop in MD paving the way and erasing the gender stigma with vaping.

They make sure to keep the shop well maintained, clean, updated with newest products, fair priced and on point. Their customer service is on top and they make sure YOU come 1st. Ofc they are here to make $ but they aren't pushy or disrespectful in any way shape or form, they make sure you are satisfied. I love how they don't try to act as of they "know everything" and when in doubt help you figure out what you need by doing the foot work for you i.e. looking up info about products, inquiring about different items if you ask. They even offered to order in certain things if they don't have it/normally carry it. Their dedication shows in how the store is managed and it's refreshing especially in today's world. One of my favorite things is their rewards program as well, free bottle of juice just for buying things I'm going to buy every month regardless, Sweet deal id say. ((Ofc you have to acquire a certain #of points but duh )) They offer a variety of salt nic, regular juice, multiple brands of devices and pods. This shop has killer customer appreciation, various different flavors, brands, levels of nicotine you name it. Why go anywhere else when you can be appreciated and valued, not go broke and not have to worry about being taken advantage of if your new to the vape world!?! My advice-go to Against our odds!!

Great business! Great employees! What a great experience!…read more One "downside" that isn't really a downside at all at the retail store... So I wasn't expecting the blast of delicious vape aromas thick in the air when I swung open the doors but you know what, it's actually kind of nice after a minute or two of basking in it! No points taken away, in fact can I give bonus points for this?! Reminds me of being in bars when you could smoke indoors, only it smells like candy and fruits. So, having quit smoking for a couple months cold turkey this year, I slowly began buying a pack on the weekend the last couple months. I had tried ecigs before of various brands and flavors but, well, none of them ever really did the trick. I always went back to smoking the real deal. Ladies and gentlemen, The Vaper's Knoll is churning out amazing "juice" for your vaping pleasure. What a refreshing difference it has made for me by simply using quality juice in what is just a cheap entry-level clearorizer! Cheap as chips and you can try a lot of their menu before you buy. Of course they carry all the high end mods, etc but the younger gent behind the counter suggested I try the entry level one first, make sure I dig it before committing to a more expensive one. Wow, it took me years to find a car mechanic that honest! So what they do... Offer juice of various nicotine strengths, volumes of juice, and more flavors than you can shake a stick at. And it's made fresh to order using high quality USA-made juice. Literally, made to order while you wait (I waited maybe 5/10 minutes?). Just like your favorite take out! (probably cleaner than that lo mein too...) These guys are professional and courteous, especially to new Vapers! Can't thank them enough for getting me out of the ecigs and into vaping, and for much less money too! I'm quickly learning it's a whole new world of not-smoking out there. Will I break down and have the occasional cigarette? Let's not kid ourselves, most likely yes. But the fine folks at The Vaper's Knoll have definitely made a believer out of this former ecig/vape skeptic! Bring on the juice.

Edit 8/11/20…read more I recently placed an order on Monday the 3rd and paid for shipping (better then standard shipping) and I've been calling and emailing them. I finally got ahold of someone and he was a complete asshole. First off when there's a issue don't be rude about it, he explained it wasn't their problem due to the fact "it left their facility" I know Covid has been an on going issue and I understand that but the fact I've been trying to call for days now and when I finally get someone on the phone I'm being spoken too with a condescending tone? I should be refunded my shipping I paid and at this point just be charged for the juice.... They have some amazing juice as I said previously in my post review years ago, I still had a issue with delivery and YEARS later it's the same damn thing. I'm from ny and I've ordered lunar harvest from the king of the cloud line up and it's amazing! Really wish the store was closer so I could actually go in! Check them out or online! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because of a shipping problem I faced the first time and now my current order is taking forever and it should of been here Monday but despite that they're amazing ! Go check them out!

Went home registered the serial number, aka the authentication code on the OOZE website. Recently had problems with recharging the pen. Would not hold a charge. Note: this business is also known as Tobacco Shop, and they have a NO return policy. That wasn't a problem with me since the pen has a 5 year warranty. Went online with OOZE to get it replaced under the warranty, it would not accept my authentication code. Called OOZE they identified it as fraudulent and counterfeit. I filed a report with them on 3/27/22 for further investigation. Went to store yesterday to get a refund since it was a counterfeit battery, owner said "NO RETURNS". I explained to him his product is counterfeit and I was giving him the opportunity to refund me before I file a complaint. Nope, no returns he said. Went on Maryland business search to look up owner........nothing found. Why is it a growing problem with foreign business owners who have a "NO RETURN" policy? Maybe this explains it?
