The staff is all men, at least as far as I've seen, and I feel I have met them all. While to my knowledge they seem like a secure establishment (for being in what is known to be a some-what pretty rowdy area of this part of town) I would understand if the didn't hire a female employee for security reasons, still would be cool if they did it! Anywaaaay, I don't want to get the Karen's all rattled up so soon into the read! The staff varies in age, and are all across the board extremely attentive! The two younger guys are usually the ones to attend to me, and they are as the kids would say... chill. This plaza was overdue for a spot like this, and we need more innovative places like this smoke shop (which also sales items unrelated to smoking like: beverages, and clothing merch) in the Fountainbleu area. Supporting local\ genuine businesses helps the overall ecosystem of our neighborhoods in Miami, and brings them the value they deserve. Smoke on, my friends!

I was ready to pay and leave with the item just to find out it wasn't the correct item once I arrived and the price for the item I wanted was more than I came with. Mind you I live 20-30 minutes away from this location. I noticed another item at the store which was labeled $300 (which was more than the item I had in mind to buy) and i was informed if I paid in cash I wouldn't pay taxes, which i already knew since I've bought from here multiple times, and most smoke shops do this. So I left and brought the exact cash, just for the girl to tell me 1. the price tag was the wrong price it was $315 and 2. I still had to pay the taxes. So I asked her to call the owner and explain the situation and the owner (Anthony) advised me to buy the item online if anything. Instead of honoring their mistakes, they rather humiliate you (after already going back and forth to their shop) and lose a loyal customer over some extra cash...the money wasn't the problem I was willing to pay it, but it was the way the situation was handled and a mistake on their end they didn't want to honor.
