When you walk in, their demeanor is as if it is an annoyance and interruption to their day. When they go to get your order, they seem like it is bothering them to have to help. One time I was there and they had a theft happen in the store. The worker ran out to chase the guy, while I stayed inside watching the place, inadvertently. When he came back, he was grateful that he had a witness and it is on camera; I told him I could write a statement. He told me I would get some sort of discount next time I shopped. Did that happen? NO. The next day they completely forgot about who I was and pretended as if nothing happened; I got no discount. Another incident was when I bought a defective oil chamber. THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS WHATSOEVER. So if you buy here, BUYER BEWARE, you have been warned. As for products? They have PLENTY. It is way overpriced too. One of the Tyson cones I buy a lot costs $8 here. I can buy them at my new store for $4, and a few others in my area for $5. They upcharge the heck out of everything here and try to justify it if you ask about it. I have all but completely stopped shopping here after all of this.
