Booooyyyyy was this place an absolute GEM to stumble upon! Back in town after a 2 year hiatus in Vegas, where I sadly left my pieces with my friends for a little change up in decor you could say, lol. I immediately fell in love with this thiccc lil lady, who has incredible etching, an ice pinch and thanks to Jamie and Johnny, she's got a big matching bowl piece too. Iridescent purple, and a deep and beautiful navy blue. She rips like a true soldier and I am thrillled to have made this purchase and can't wait to get more. I'm a sucker for anything shiny ‍ They also have shisha, hookahs, cones and papers, fancy and impossible to find in the us (they're all Asian I believe) sodas, water pipes in every price range, color and style you can think of and all the usual head shop pieces we all know and love like cbd gummies, cigar wraps, screens, smell proof jars, and vape juices Oh, and Hunter is dope too. Wow so I literally just posted about this shop a few minutes ago! I did not read any of the previous posts until now. One stood out because it also mentioned one of the employees having mental health issues!!! I'm only assuming, but it sounds like the same employee I had the altercation with. If so, management should seek out talking to him before things get worse and he physically takes his anger out on someone. I'm not saying he should be fired, because everyone has bad days and issues, but it seems he needs his actions addressed ASAP. To the employee, you know who you are, please seek mental health guidance from a medical professional ASAP. read more

I had another place that I always go to but their customer service is horrible! Checked these guys out and they're awesome. Went during the lockdown and you can't go in, it's curbside. I didn't know, I went with my mask of course, and the guy brought to the front of the store a different array of what I had asked for. Bought 2 on the spot, customer service goes a long way people. I've been going here for a year and whenever I try out another smoke shop or buy from a gas station, the U is clearly the best. The variety is unbeatable. Anything you can think of, they have it. Hookah, tobacco, vape juice/vapes, batteries, whole glass pieces and individual parts, novelty items, wick, cases, trays, cbd, delta8, snacks, the list goes on. Jay and Johnny are the best. They're both so knowledgeable, laidback, and don't pressure for a sale. In no other smoke shop I've been to, have I received the attention and excellent customer service this team has given me. I've bought glass pieces, cleaner, a tray, cases for all of my glass pieces, cbd products, tobacco, vapes (ice mint cbd or nic is supreme), the list goes on. Definitely give this place a try. I've been to a few smoke shops in Miami and most of the attendants have a whatever attitude. Another big thing for me is how organized and clean this shop was. Very pricey like any brick and mortar headshop that's not in a gas station or convenience store. However the staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Sometimes there are GREAT DEALS but it's very seldom. The pieces are all HiGH quality but like any glass it can break so don't put all ur chips or hopes in one brand. In Need of a quick replacement parts I recommend here , High Tide, or The world of Smoke and Vape on Calle Ocho ( cheapest ). If they're not willing to negotiate just walk away you can find any piece online for half the price usually and would only trust DankStop.com or amazon for online pieces. read more

I went in here yesterday to buy a new and better bowl piece and I had been unsure if this place was nice or not since I had never gone in there. It is very convenient for FIU students since it is right across the street. Upon walking in, I noticed it was VERY clean and well organized inside. I was really impressed by the set up. The in-scents were displayed very creatively to the right of the entrance, allowing a aura of amazing scents to surround you upon entering. The shisha or hookah tobacco was aligned and organized on the right shelf so neatly. I walked straight in towards the back since that is where all the bowls were and their pricing for them was just what I expected. The smaller ones which were about 3 inches in length were about $10 and the bigger the pieces were, the higher the price went. After asking a couple questions about pricing, I asked the man behind the counter if I could look at a couple to compare and he happily obliged. I had been there for about 10 minutes looking at the pieces since I wanted to buy a PERFECT one for me haha. I ended up picking a turquoise piece that cost me about $20. My friend who was with me ended up scoping out the wraps and papers behind the bowl counter and had asked which one he recommended. He recommended the Dutches Sweet Green. We were skeptical at first but decided to try it anyways. The store was an amazing place and I will definitely be back to get anything I need. After using my bowl, I was profoundly ecstatic, it hit very smoothly, wasn't too harsh and the glass was very sturdy and overall, I am obsessed!! The sweet green ditches was also SUPERB! Slow burning, tasted super good, and the wrap was fresh and so easy to roll! I am in love with this store! read more

I just called the attendant on the 72 street sunset and asked him what was the warranty on the Atmos Rx battery. He told me that he was not sure. I then informed him that there is an available 5 year warranty with Atmos RX if a person goes to their website and fills out the form. He then told me that it was not the responsibility of the store to inform buyers of the warranty their products cane with, but that the buyers or customers had to go to the product website to inform themselves of all warranties of each product they buy. I have never heard of this from any business I have done business with. Normally any place which sells products has some knowledge of warranty coverage. You have two stores in Miami . One in which an attendant has no knowledge of anybwarranty on any of their products and another store were the attendant apparently has anger issues. This man did everything possible to aggregate me instead of doing what he is hired to do. I know realize why he refused to give me further contacts to his superiors and told me the owner lives 900 miles away. Like if that makes any difference. I felt bad for this person when he hanged up the phone on me , I hope he finds help for his condition. And if he gets to read this I have no hard feelings , on the contrary, I feel bad for people which have anger management issues. I which him the best ! Last but not least he told me that I should just buy another another $15 pen and stop being so cheap. This is not the way a shop attendant should address a person calling his store. read more

Always a pleasant experience when I come here. I live across the street at FIU so it's very convenient and I come all the time. The shop is very organized, clean and the set up of the store is very nice. I come here to buy dutches/papers and my friends have bought their glass pieces from here. The guys that work here are very friendly, down to earth, and are always willing to help. Highly recommend The U Smoke Shop! read more
