I absolutely love this company! I placed my very first order online and one of the employees, Alex, called me and texted me when I missed the call for me to call him back. When I did, he told me about one of the juices I had ordered being out of stock. We talked about what we would replace it with and when we got off the phone, he texted me a picture of the juices he was going to be sending to me - with an extra one ON THE HOUSE! The customer service took me by surprise because of how personal it was; I have never had that before. The responses were quick and even when I got them in the mail and tried them, I told him how I liked them and he immediately replied to me again. Not only is the customer service the best I have ever had, the juices taste outstanding!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience from a Vape company, especially not even having gone into the store. The prices are reasonable as well. Family owned business and they make you feel like family when they help you. I went in to buy JUUL pods a few days ago and somehow ended up spending two hours talking to Dimitri. Their customer service is INCREDIBLE and they go out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied with your purchase(s). Left very happy with my newly wrapped JUUL and my packs of pods. Will 100% be returning. Although I no longer vape I know enough about vape products to say that eVapors only has quality products and devices as I took the time to look around and ask questions while I was there. Ordered from these guys for my first vape pen and haven't wanted to use anyone else. They have excellent products and I haven't had any problems with the shipping or anything. I recently ordered my fourth pen and am super excited for it to come in. Each time I have ordered the customer service has been nothing less than the very best. Most recently I was in a situation where I couldn't take phone calls but could text. Amazing shop! Very clean, well laid out, amazing variety of juices and other product, and they even have skins for your vape to take personalization to another level! When I first walked in I was welcomed by the owners, really polite guys, and they let me sample a bunch of juices on my dripper. we hung out, talked about vapes, mods, sneakers, music, then sat back and played some Xbox on their massive TV lol. Since then I've been coming in regularly, 3-4 times a month for anything I need: juice, wire, batteries, etc. sometimes I just come in to hang out! AMAZING! I recently discovered this little smoke shop. I came in looking for a specific ejuice. They didn't have it. However, Alex (the owner) helped me pick another juice that was similar to the one I was looking for. Best customer service I've ever received at any smoke shop. He's very nice and attentive. Best Vape Shop in Miami hands down. Cool, laid back, welcoming atmosphere. The guys that work there are super cool, helpful and knowledgeable. I've gone there 3 times with broken tanks and they fixed it right away. They always have vape parts on hand and all the latest smok mods. They have a large supply of coils.
