What I really appreciate is that I bought a product and it stopped working soon after I bought it. I came in the next day and wanted an exchange. The clerk said that they were not allowed to process exchanges, they called the manager and verified, and told me to come back. I thought this was a line of BS, a delay tactic. I was not able to come back the same day, but I called the next day, the manager answered and said he would be in. I came in, the manger inspected the product, asked me some questions and processed my exchange. The manager was real chill. We verified that the exchanged item worked and I left satisfied, no BS. That's great service.

Their hours are very convenient 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11:00 a.m. till 6:00 on Sunday. For a small mini market they have a good selection of popular items. They also write down items that they don't have and will order them if they are often requested. They have a great selection of items in their coolers, everything from healthy juices, sodas, to cold beer. They also have a selection of wine for sale. When I was stopping by, people were picking up lottery tickets as well as cigarettes and candy bars. They also have a freezer with a small selection of ice cream products. Service was very friendly and helpful as well as conversational. Josie (not the one from the Pussycats!) is a great staff member, and worth a visit just to meet her. Plenty of parking in a private lot right outside a group of boutique restaurants and stores. Great location less than a block off the 210 freeway. The store owner is a wonderful man. I don't know him, other than the acts of kindness he displayed today. He did an exchange, was apologetic and sweet, and helped with other questions. These times are hard. With a recent death in the family and the impacts of this pandemic, I was really anxious because money is tight and every dollar counts. The shop owner was patient, fair, and incredibly helpful. Walking out of the store I felt so heard, respected, and valued. I will from now on be driving here for ALL my vape and smoking needs.
