I started going here when they were located at their other location. I forget the owners name, but I loved her. She was always so kind an accommodating, and never pressured me into buying something I don't need. So I can really only speak from my past experiences while dealing with the shop and their service. They have since moved, and I have only been in once or twice. They have a nice setup, I saw tv's and game consoles setup for people to relax and vape the day away while resting. So it looks good, and still only dealt with her. So I will always recommend this place to new possibly people to quit smoking. I don't really go into shops like this, as buying online will always be cheaper. This has also become a hobby for me, so I buy alot and prefer the variety that you can only find online. I have tried vapor cabanas house juices and I was never a fan. But that's my personal taste. I've heard from others they love it, so I can't fault the shop for that. But in summary. I can attest to the fact that the business owner not only stand behind the products he will go above and beyond to fix hardware that I did not even buy there. I stopped in the shop when I came to visit my hometown and had a wonderful experience. I had a tank that consistently leaked and was i very impressed that he not only knew why but took the time to fix it for me. I'm back in town this week and forgot the name of the shop which is funny because the cats are very memorable. I look forward to visiting the shop again.
