I can attest to the fact that the business owner not only stand behind the products he will go above and beyond to fix hardware that I did not even buy there. I stopped in the shop when I came to visit my hometown and had a wonderful experience. I had a tank that consistently leaked and was i very impressed that he not only knew why but took the time to fix it for me. I'm back in town this week and forgot the name of the shop which is funny because the cats are very memorable. I look forward to visiting the shop again.

They tend to keep their workers long-term for the most part. I don't know them by name but the lady is really helpful as are the older guys who work there. I had an issue where I needed a screw for a deadbolt. The guy looked through their vast screw selection and even went in the back to look at the oddball screws and couldn't find it. So what'd they do? He seriously (after checking with the manager) busted a deadbolt package, grabbed one of the screws and gave it to me. Now that is customer service! I've also had issues where I showed them photos on my phone and they recommend a product or a specific sized piece of wood for a job. They're usually correct in their recommendations. I will do my best to come here more often to buy as their customer service and expertise is much better than the big-box stores.
