If I could give less than 1 star, I would!…read more Worse manager, and customer service ever - UNACCEPTABLE! We bought a vape and it didn't work and tried to return it for replacement and was told to come back when the manager was onsite Saturday and Sunday. I called sunday, because I missed the time on saturday when the manager was in and was shocked and appalled by the disrespect and nastiness from the so called manager. The guy who help us seemed nice, a bit toasted and didn't mention that we needed to try the product before left the story, and she said "that's not her problem, because there is a sign by the register". She kept cutting me off when I tried to tell her that we were not at the register when we paid and didn't see the sign. I was blow away and asked for her name and she hung up on me! I can see if I was yelling at her, but I was not, I was in disbelief that she was nasty and then hung up on me. If you want to go to a smoke shop find a shop not so shady and take responsibility for their defective product.
