This was my starting point into the world of vape. I heard such good things, from friends who…read morewanted to quit smoking. So I figured I'd give it a shot. I started going here when they were located at their other location. I forget the owners name, but I loved her. She was always so kind an accommodating, and never pressured me into buying something I don't need. So I can really only speak from my past experiences while dealing with the shop and their service. They have since moved, and I have only been in once or twice. They have a nice setup, I saw tv's and game consoles setup for people to relax and vape the day away while resting. So it looks good, and still only dealt with her. So I will always recommend this place to new possibly people to quit smoking. I don't really go into shops like this, as buying online will always be cheaper. This has also become a hobby for me, so I buy alot and prefer the variety that you can only find online. I have tried vapor cabanas house juices and I was never a fan. But that's my personal taste. I've heard from others they love it, so I can't fault the shop for that. But in summary. I have been slowly trying to quit, thus, gradually lowering my nicotine strength to 0%. I purchased one and it was burnt. No problem, they didn't mind giving me another. I came in, tried 5, they were all expired, there were no more of the specific vape I came to buy. It's against the policy to refund an item that was defective, even if you validate the device AT THE REGISTER! The manager wouldn't even look me in the eye to tell me this BS. Looking straight at his socks telling me he can't give back the money I gave him literally two minutes ago! 710 Vapor, even Tobacco King has higher quality items for CHEAPER!! Vapor Cabana is catered to kids who don't know better. They literally buy the most colorful items haha. Please do not go here. Been to many different locations around the area but it felt like I was shopping at an abandoned Kmart store. But at Vapor Punk everything is so modern and has a cyberpunk theme going on which I really love! What's even better about this store is that after a couple days I was talking to another friend about this place and saw that they do delivery (which is the first time i've ever heard of this). My friends vape ran out so we ordered online which was super easy, in about 14 minutes the delivery guy was at our front door, verified our age, and dropped off the vape! I can attest to the fact that the business owner not only stand behind the products he will go above and beyond to fix hardware that I did not even buy there. I stopped in the shop when I came to visit my hometown and had a wonderful experience. I had a tank that consistently leaked and was i very impressed that he not only knew why but took the time to fix it for me. I'm back in town this week and forgot the name of the shop which is funny because the cats are very memorable. I look forward to visiting the shop again.
