I hate buying tanks, but the staff was super patient with my indecisiveness. They had a large selection. Of course, they didn't have the filter I needed, but they really did have a pretty good selection of everything. They did not seem to have a bar or option to try juices. If they had a tasting bar or tanks, I'd give them 5 stars. Environment was cozy and typical of a vape store, to include the comfy looking couch (I didn't actually test the comfiness of the couch). They also had some arcades to really provide some valuable nostalgia from a time before vape. I'm not sure if they worked and I'm pretty sure the staff was too young to truly appreciate it, but it was a nice touch. Thanks guys!

I buy the same ones everytime i come in because i bought the mod from this shop as well. The coils that are supposed to be checked by the staff before selling the product to ensure it was the correct product purchased, were not checked. When i finally found out they were the incorrect coils i went to exchange them, i was told no even with their mistake and receipt in hand. I will never be back in this shop. They have lost a loyal customer over a 20$ or less purchase. Absurd.

I'd be more then happy to help!. We worked it out over the phone that my girlfriend could bring my bank statement (lost receipt) and exchange the device. I'm like sweet you're the coolest chick ever(excluding my wonderful girlfriend)! So my girlfriend gets there gets ignored for a bit and she gets ignored she explains the situation brought everything the lady needed, but the guys there scoff at her whisper to each other if they think she's pregnant ,which she is we find out Friday if it's a boy or girl, and tell her there's nothing they can help her with and told her to go through the manufacture! keep in mind that this device is less then a week old! Oh boy.... So I no longer shop there,obviously, I myself enjoy dropping a couple hundred dollars every time I walk into a vape shop either on Juices, materials, or mods/tanks and I'm usually a loyal and often repeat consumer to whatever company I do my business with I've successfully converted about a handful of my friends away from that store that were looking for box mods due to there lack of exchange policy and customer service.
