Couldn't find anything that met our criteria and returned the headsets (only 1 had been opened). We were refunded the amount I paid minus the $150, and kept the gift certificates. Next time there's even a chance of a return, I'll be going to Amazon, they don't pull those stunts. I don't go to Best Buy often, and the only thing that kept them from getting 1 Star was the people working there, they were gracious, polite, and apologetic.
