Do not order printing from this establishment. My grandmother took her bible commentary project for…read morethe blind here, and paid $65 for two reams of paper with no color, despite the project requiring color. They promised a seven-day turnaround, but the order ended up taking three weeks (including delivery time.) Since it wasn't what my grandmother wanted, she requested a refund. It's not usable for her purposes. They won't refund the order unless she mails the printing back to them. Why do they want their two reams of ruined paper back? I'm not certain. She already paid the shipping, and paying further for a refund that they seem to have no honest intention of giving seems like almost as poor a choice as taking the printing job here to begin with.
