There's a fairly wide selection of items in here, about what you'd expect for an antique mall of this size. While other antique malls in the area have a larger selection, this one was still fun to browse through. It wasn't overly cluttered, though there wasn't much that I felt like I REALLY needed to take home with me. Not junk necessarily, but nothing that would improve my home or my life majorly. I also found that a lot of the booths were a bit overpriced? This seems to be a problem in the Joplin area specifically, as antique malls in other nearby cities (Springfield, Kansas City, Branson, etc) all seem to have lower prices on average than what you can find in JOMO. Still, there are some hidden treasures if you're willing to look! - I particularly enjoyed the booth close to the front with all the Pokemon cards. They'll make great stocking stuffers when the holidays come around :) - The booth on the left side with handmade ceramics was also awesome! Very reasonably priced and unique, interesting work. These would also make great Christmas gifts! Definitely worth checking out and we'll probably be back, but watch what you're spending! It can get up there pretty fast!

While it was very fun to browse and the woman at the counter was nice and talkative, I don't think the booths are organized or clean enough for the prices a lot of them are charging. I saw a package of Coca-Cola stickers for $9.99! One package! That's just too much. There are definitely some good deals but you REALLY have to be willing to hunt. Some of the booths literally just have crap piled on the floor. And watch out! If you break it, you buy it! Even if it was teetering atop a pile of dusty baskets and baby dolls! I do think it's worth it to stop in just for the sheer enjoyment of looking inside. Just be warned that you're unlikely to be able to look at everything safely. I do want to mention - I LOVE that they have shopping baskets! Every antique mall should provide these and so few do!

This is a pureblooded antique store. It is JUST antiques. No secondhand anything. No clothes, no…read moreboard games unless they're 40+ years old. I didn't see a single dvd or vhs in any of their booths. Not even anything from the NES era. If you're looking for electronic collectibles like me this place is a hard pass. If you're looking for knick knacks from the 1960s they have that in spades.

(This is HALF PRICE!). 5 kids... this is an incredible savings! Well worth going downtown for and the owner is local rather than a corporate entity. The women's tops were great quality and beautiful and Judy Blues and Risen jeans for my girls had them swearing off yoga pants they were so comfortable. (The world is a better place with less yoga pants outside the gym and our high schools don't allow them anyway. Love having the kids look and feel great without the crazy high prices. Their new location (in the former Savers Furniture building on North Main St) is a drastic improvement on the old. The book selection seems to be smaller, which is understandable, but it's also cleaner. They have a greatly expanded selection of furniture and "antique mall" type collectible items at decent prices. While it's still not my favorite secondhand store, it's worth trying now!

I personally purchased my laminate flooring from this place for my living room, and absolutely…read moreloved it. I had done some research about what I was looking for, and ended up buying some 12mm Walnut that had been imported from Germany. They had just enough left to do my living room, which was 370 sqft., and I had purchased my flooring for $518 after tax. I couldn't be happier! They were excellent in helping me find it and load it up after I purchased it, and even let me take samples home. My brother went and purchased his flooring there as well, and he is also very happy with it. Like the earlier comments had stated, their merchandise is everywhere and prices vary. I've been there a few times, and this last time I was able to snag a blow up double twin mattress (that could be spread out to a king) for $5, and got the pump for $7. Not everything is a great deal, but most of the time you will still be paying less for it brand new out of the store, especially if you catch them when they are having one of their sales.

If you're interested in rocks and gems, there is a stall in the back with a sign that says: "rocks and minerals". The man who owns it used to own a rock or a jewelry store back in the day and as a result has a lot of good stock. (He also sells coins, for those who collect those.)He was helpful and a pleasure to shop with and I look forward to visiting his stall again. Another stall, not too far from his sells vintage photographs. He had a interesting collection but unfortunately did not buy anything since my partner, who was showing me around the area planned to take me to their favorite spot for vintage photos. The reason I am giving this place two stars is not because of those two vendors. What they're doing is legit. I am giving this place two stars on the account of the other stalls carrying junk and that the environment could do some touch up. But then again it's a flea market so maybe that's asking too much. Tip: I would advise taking cash with you and not running your card.
