I had ordered several custom suits at the location in Springfield and all of my "custom" suits were very poorly fitted. With much frustration I asked the manager, Paula at the Joplin location for assistance. She was able to contact regional management and had my order refunded and reordered correctly. I've since come to to know the staff and I am greeted by name every time I enter the store. The staff is friendly and professional and I will only go here from now on. For suits, casual attire, alterations and shoes, I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for all of the help!

The batteries were missing on one and were on top of the sink for the other one. A stranger and I had to pull the soap out and manually pump it just to wash our hands. The self check out line was backed up across the aisle and all other check out stations were empty. I was offered to check out at Starbucks. I was born and raised in Joplin so this was a pretty surprising and disappointing experience.

There was no stain. I was treated like it was a huge blood stain and you couldn't even tell the tip of a pen sized stain was even there. For all I know it was there when I bought them. Bailey refused to help us in any way and was rude the whole time I interacted with her. Don't shop here, go to the Pittsburg store. It's not that far when you wanted to be treated a little nicer.

For a Tuesday afternoon, it was the perfect time to look and shop. The staff however would not leave us alone. The first two minutes that I was there I was asked 4 different times if I needed help and one associate even tried to guess my size to make suggestions. I expressed to them that I was looking, needed some time to browse, and I preferred to be left alone. I am a quiet shopper who needs space and time to look. We intentionally went in there on a Tuesday afternoon so we could avoid most of the crowds and shop in a quieter setting. I am a fan of the Buckle and I know what size I am in most of their brands. Unfortunately, I couldn't support my local store because they couldn't understand what I was asking from them or adjust their sales approach for my needs. I ordered my jeans and belts on-line last night and will continue to do so.
