If you are wanting to quit smoking or chewing tobacco, this is the place you need to go. They are very Knowledgeable and will not sell you something you don't need at the time. The mods (e-cig) they have are all great, from starter kits to advanced they have you covered. The juice selection they have is amazing to, so many to choose from. If you are looking to quit smoking or chewing or just to hang out, you have to stop here. You will not regret it.

Sure your juice is excellent.... That's about it. So I called one Tuesday night having issues with…read moremy evic vt the gentleman scoffed when I mention my device would not fire/power on, I got pretty frustrated by this, he advised me to come in and have their technician look at it? I really don't know who he was talking about he seemed distracted and annoyed by me calling the store. Moving on from the terrible phone skills, I tried working out a warranty exchange deal with the manufacture they referred me to the place of purchase... So I called again to the store and I work two jobs no free time blah blah etc... So this awesome lady gets on ,who states she's the owner, and I let her know what's going on and she's like, Ya! I'd be more then happy to help!. We worked it out over the phone that my girlfriend could bring my bank statement (lost receipt) and exchange the device. I'm like sweet you're the coolest chick ever(excluding my wonderful girlfriend)! So my girlfriend gets there gets ignored for a bit and she gets ignored she explains the situation brought everything the lady needed, but the guys there scoff at her whisper to each other if they think she's pregnant ,which she is we find out Friday if it's a boy or girl, and tell her there's nothing they can help her with and told her to go through the manufacture! keep in mind that this device is less then a week old! Oh boy.... So I no longer shop there, obviously, I myself enjoy dropping a couple hundred dollars every time I walk into a vape shop either on Juices, materials, or mods/tanks and I'm usually a loyal and often repeat consumer to whatever company I do my business with I've successfully converted about a handful of my friends away from that store that were looking for box mods due to there lack of exchange policy and customer service. Awesome! Hopefully this helps you in your quest to find the right vape shop! Best regards, Caleb P.S. excuse my grammar!

The coils that are supposed to be checked by the staff before selling the product to ensure it was the correct product purchased, were not checked. I hate buying tanks, but the staff was super patient with my indecisiveness. They had a large selection. Of course, they didn't have the filter I needed, but they really did have a pretty good selection of everything. They did not seem to have a bar or option to try juices. If they had a tasting bar or tanks, I'd give them 5 stars. Environment was cozy and typical of a vape store, to include the comfy looking couch (I didn't actually test the comfiness of the couch). They also had some arcades to really provide some valuable nostalgia from a time before vape. I'm not sure if they worked and I'm pretty sure the staff was too young to truly appreciate it, but it was a nice touch. Thanks guys!

It's never been a typical, scripted sounding "welcome in", or "what brings you in?". It's always been more "what's up, man! What can I help you with?" And they always seem to enjoy striking up a conversation while getting the job done efficiently. I will say, coming from working at a Vapor World, the selection of products is a little disappointing, but still a large variety.
