If you're an aficionado of cigars, this is the ONLY place for you. The next nearest good cigar…read morestore is located in Springfield. (Feericks also has a store on Maiden Lane here in Joplin). My husband is a weekly regular and is picky as hell, but he always finds something to appease his tastes. Pricing, considering the high quality product offered, is very good. The liquor area has a fair selection of beverages at competitive prices. Bulk candy is readily available at very cheap prices. Mikey, the Head Cigar Guy, is super friendly and knowledgeable. I usually browse the liquor and candy aisles while hubby is deciding. The other staff is also friendly - not in-your-face, jumping up and down type of friendly - but approachable and helpful. And pleasant when ringing your purchases up. When I'm shopping, I like to be left alone until and if I have a question. I buy alot more that way.

If you are wanting to quit smoking or chewing tobacco, this is the place you need to go. They are very Knowledgeable and will not sell you something you don't need at the time. The mods (e-cig) they have are all great, from starter kits to advanced they have you covered. The juice selection they have is amazing to, so many to choose from. If you are looking to quit smoking or chewing or just to hang out, you have to stop here. You will not regret it.

So I called one Tuesday night having issues with…read moremy evic vt the gentleman scoffed when I mention my device would not fire/power on, I got pretty frustrated by this, he advised me to come in and have their technician look at it? I really don't know who he was talking about he seemed distracted and annoyed by me calling the store. Moving on from the terrible phone skills, I tried working out a warranty exchange deal with the manufacture they referred me to the place of purchase... So I called again to the store and I work two jobs no free time blah blah etc... So this awesome lady gets on ,who states she's the owner, and I let her know what's going on and she's like, Ya! I'd be more then happy to help!. We worked it out over the phone that my girlfriend could bring my bank statement (lost receipt) and exchange the device. I'm like sweet you're the coolest chick ever(excluding my wonderful girlfriend)! So my girlfriend gets there gets ignored for a bit and she gets ignored she explains the situation brought everything the lady needed, but the guys there scoff at her whisper to each other if they think she's pregnant ,which she is we find out Friday if it's a boy or girl, and tell her there's nothing they can help her with and told her to go through the manufacture! keep in mind that this device is less then a week old! Oh boy.... So I no longer shop there, obviously, I myself enjoy dropping a couple hundred dollars every time I walk into a vape shop either on Juices, materials, or mods/tanks and I'm usually a loyal and often repeat consumer to whatever company I do my business with I've successfully converted about a handful of my friends away from that store that were looking for box mods due to there lack of exchange policy and customer service. Awesome! Hopefully this helps you in your quest to find the right vape shop! Best regards, Caleb P.S. excuse my grammar!

As you walk in to the right, there's some small wall humidors, pipe tobacco, various torches, cutters, etc. straight ahead is a few small smoking rooms, few TVs (one to a room, which I like), to the left is the counter and a small walk in humidor. The owner/operator is a pleasant chap and knows his way around cigars. He has a good selection of sticks that'll keep you busy for more than a few smoking sessions if you tried something new every time. I think the smoking rooms could use a few more ashtrays, cutters and lighters but I usually went during the day so maybe he puts more out during peak times. Upstairs is the members only section. There's a nonmembers cutting fee to smoke in the lounge. Not a fan of those in general but Joplin isn't exactly a high volume city so it's understandable. I will for sure return when I'm back in Joplin. Loved the places and loved chopping it up with the locals when I stopped by.
