I love this Vapor Lounge and it's because of Jenny and Caleb that I won't go anywhere else. They have been an enormous help whenever I'm trying to decide on juice flavors. I can usually tell either of them what I'm looking for and they always know exactly what to recommend. They'll even tell me when something isn't that great. I trust their judgment with juice and with questions about the functions of a mod. They are very, very knowledgeable and super friendly. Purchased 2 bottles of juice online on 7/9/20. The website claims to ship in 1-2 business days (that's a lie). It wasn't until 7/12/20 that someone reached out to me (after my credit card payment cleared) that the items I ordered were out of stock? Really? You couldn't tell me this sooner? Or better yet had the item in question marked as out of stock? Yea, safe to say I'll never be shopping with these guys again. I'll probably have to pay a fee for the return payment on my CC as well. Love this place, been coming here since they first opened. Always got the latest mods, tanks, and juices. The guys in there know their stuff, very knowledgeable about each product that is offered or any questions you may have. IDK if they are the "cheapest" in town, but they've always met my needs. Went in looking for a product they didn't have but was very impressed with their customer service. They went out of their way to redirect me to a shop that would have the product I needed and even took the time to write down directions to help me find the other shop. Today I came into Vapor Lounge with no knowledge of what to expect bc I had just in the area and it was conveniently close. Right as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and recognition. We were helped immediately by an associate. I had came into this store bc a friend had issues with her mod smh and the associate immediately identified our problem and gave us suggestions on what to get to fix it. All we needed was a different method of charging our batteries and we got new batteries as well. We also thought it'd be a good idea to get a new juice since we were there. Being a newbie to vaping, we didn't know what flavor/brands would be good and he offered us the Naked Berry Belt with much enthusiasm, so it must be been a legit juice. After our taste test, we knew it was pretty slaps too. Overall, I'm super glad we came into Vapor Lounge bc we had great customer service and we came out with no problems and everything we needed. I don't particularly know the associates name but try to find the college age looking associate who's white off appearance. He was also wearing a button up with a green tie. Peep that guy. read more

Love the coffee, mango, and tigers blood flavors. I shop here regularly and at your Shadle location. Your employees are always professional, friendly, and helpful. I went in tonight and was informed you liquids are on sale. It was such a relief, as they are usually very expensive in comparison to virtually everyone in the business that I have dealt with. I usually pay no more than 4$ for liquids elsewhere, because it's more cost effective. I would shop here more often and more quantity if the prices would stay as low as they are currently on sale. The 3 stars is for the off sale price. Otherwise it would be 5 star review. read more

So I went in there to get two bottles of juice. I wanted a 3 mg and a 0mg of the same flavor so I could go down and ultimately stop vaping/smoking once and for all. I found out that they had no flavors in 3mg (which i have NEVER seen before at ANY vape shop I have been to.) she offered to mix a 6 and a 0 to make a 3 so i said yes. She charges me for the 6mg the 0mg and the 3mg that she created with those two bottles that she ALREADY charged me for (they also made me pay separately for the empty bottle that she put the juice in). I was unaware until i had already payed 30 dollars for one bottle! That's a load of crap! Before leaving the shop, I already knew I NEVER wanted to go back there. She was impolite, arrogant, condescending, and noticeably greedy. I will make sure to deliberately tell everyone I know that vapes to NOT go to this store. Some of the worst service I have received from any sort of store/shop/business. read more
