Went back to the store today, because the Refund policy on the receipt states "No Refunds". Exchanges only in the first 24 hours. They would not honor the stated policy, would not allow me to speak to a manager because "she is working her other job" and would not give me the phone number to reach corporate customer service. Policy stated NOTHING about used products be ineligible for return! Wasted $50 after spending HUNDREDS in that store over the last few years!

Having product and amazing customer service is the reason I stay loyal to businesses even though there are the same type of services closer to me. To be honest I cant believe it's still open. They had 2 really good people working there all the time, it was always one or the other. Now just one, maybe. They knew all the customers, products and up to date on knowledge of the business. Now there are all these other people working there that have no idea how any of it works. They have zero knowledge of products, cant answer and questions and sometimes cant even ring things up or tell you what costs are, and lack any customer service experience. 50% of the time they do not have the only product I buy there and cant tell me when to expect it and dont bother to order for weeks. Sometimes they're not even there to open, or are open but door locked and no sign or anything. Unfortunately, my loyalty has run out. These shops are on every corner now and are extremely happy to have my business.
