Went back to the store today, because the Refund policy on the receipt states "No Refunds". Exchanges only in the first 24 hours. They would not honor the stated policy, would not allow me to speak to a manager because "she is working her other job" and would not give me the phone number to reach corporate customer service. Policy stated NOTHING about used products be ineligible for return! Wasted $50 after spending HUNDREDS in that store over the last few years!

They explain the products to you. I tried it out. I usually hold off on reviews just to make sure it works good and this product in my hand works just like I needed it to work on my pain. I've used a lot of other CBD products so I'm comparing it to those products that are more expensive. This one was way more affordable than anything else I've tried in the DFW area and now they're my go-to spot.

On top of that, I have bought a Sourin from this place 8 separate times and the same reason is to why that is. I am told that it is me, and not the product that has malfunctioned on 8 separate occasions (I've literally owned every color). It is hard to understand that when every other Sourin pod I buy from there, brand new, does not work. Absurd as to the magnitude of how this operation is run, seems to be no one is in charge, and have significant doubts of the quality of all products in this store.

I asked for clarification and she said I was rude and did not have to attend to me. I tried to explain myself, then I realized that it was a complete waste of time and politely said thank you and left. Sounds like the lady was having a bad day, but that not my fault. As a business owner, this level of victimhood and entitlement always sends customers to the next business.

I've been coming to this smoke shop for over a year, and after today, I'm done. I came in with a…read moresimple request: I bought a vape that needed the top removed to refill it. When I came back to ask for help, the young man behind the counter refused to assist me at all. He wouldn't listen, wouldn't even look at what I was trying to show him, and his attitude was flat-out ugly. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it. Instead, he told me I'd have to "come back when the owners are here," as if helping a loyal customer with a basic, two‑second task was too much for him. I've never been treated with such disrespect in this shop. And here's the thing: there are smoke shops on every corner around here. Customers have options -- plenty of them. With that much competition, you'd think they would do everything they could to keep the people who choose to spend their money here. Instead, this employee acted like my business didn't matter at all. Well, it won't matter anymore, because I won't be back. I'll be contacting the owners directly to let them know how their staff is treating customers. Until something changes, I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else -- there are plenty of shops that actually appreciate their customers. This happened on March 22, 2026

Overpriced Vibes & Pretty Walls--That's About It…read more If you're looking to burn your money faster than your pre-roll, Bahama mama smoke shop is the place. Most shops sell a single joint for $5-6. Here? A jaw-dropping $12. That's not premium pricing--it's comedy. Sure, the decor is gorgeous. The selection? Impressive. But unless you're buying based on vibes alone, you'll walk out feeling like you got hustled in high-def. The staff? Not exactly cannabis connoisseurs. Ask a question and you'll get a shrug wrapped in a sales pitch. Honestly, if you're shopping here regularly, you either just landed from Mars or think "THC" stands for "Totally High Cost." The only thing higher than the prices is the rent they must be paying to keep this museum of markup open. Bottom line: Beautiful store, brutal prices, and staff that could use a crash course in cannabis. Come for the aesthetic, leave your wallet at home.

However I have a lot of friends that enjoy said products and I will definitely let them know about this place. My husband and I noticed BM for the first time tonight and decided to go to take a look. Our curious minds asked several questions and he had all the answers. Again, I don't have any experience with said products, but if you do this is definitely a spot to visit. There are so many products for so many individual needs. I'm sure you'll find something you'll love! *Review based on customer service, array of products, beautiful/clean store.
