I walked in a couple of days ago with a friend and saw so many great options with unbeatable prices! Me coming from Cali I was hella impressed and the staff was incredible! I only shop here when during the late nights and when other vape shops are or closed. By far, this place has the worst customer service. The staff never speaks and one always appears to be under the influence. The one person who was cordial no longer works here. The prices for the vape juices are 2-2.5x more than the other stores for small bottles. Every time I visit, the staff seem to always need to make a phone call to ask for the price of my purchase. I buy the same thing every time. I know the price plus tax. It's so annoying. It's only convenient because it's 24hrs. read more

They sell defective products!! I not only went there once I went twice! And the first time I had a receipt and was two hours pass the time of return the disposable cart wouldn't hold a charge. They do not provide discount or act like they give a f***. Then I went back again for a cart and was told there was no receipt paper and again the cart wouldn't hold a charge. I called the store and asked if she knew about the product/ brand and she doesn't know anything about what they are selling and how to use it. Completely not knowledgeable about the products and use of them! Everything I've bout from them doesn't work. Don't waste your money their return policy for wack a**, overpriced products is horrible. read more

First the (2) cartridges i brought didn't work so called and was put on hold, after 15min i hung up. Second while looking at my bank account someone had already made a charge of 47.08 to my card. This card i haven't used in 3 months and 30 minutes after i use it someone starts making charges. Returned to store returned cartridges and received another, then told the young girl behind counter about the card. read more

I bought this torch lighter from there 2 -3 days ago, and the clicker went out, I called an asked if I can exchange it for another one , don't want my money back I just wanted the same kind of lighter one that works. Lighter was 12.99 +tax=$14.06 now I'm out the money and the lighter. Not ever good customer service. Gonna have to buy my stuff some where else . So be sure y'all ask about there return policy, if not you'll be out the money u spent.. read more

I used to like coming to this place but apparently they have change the rules of the rewards to where you can no longer use your $25 off discount towards kratom. Kratom is the only reason why I go to this place, so I will no longer be going to vape city. Smokerz Paradize still lets you use your rewards towards kratom. read more
