I am really bummed to be writing this review, because in all honestly the atmosphere was relaxing and the service was just fine. What bothered me most was the lack of scheduling or time management. I made an appointment to get a cat eye manicure. No acrylics, just the paint. When I walked in, there were two techs and at least 4 people seated. I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time to be started and as I sat getting my nails done they continued to talk walk ins until it truly felt that the entire seating area in the front was full. They had more than one person frustrated about waiting and making comments about leaving. When I was finished, I paid $60 for the cat eye manicure. This is what I have paid for a full set with designs in the past at other salons. This is a new salon, so again, something I can look past as long as they have great quality. Only that was not the case. Three days after I got them done, two of them chipped. I was so upset, the polish and manicure were great at first but I have never had a set deteriorate that quickly. Unfortunately I will not be returning, and I hope that they are able to hire more staff to cover the amount of volume they are taking in. read more

the techntion took tools from her personal handbag to use on my nails she filed the skin on both hands more than the nail my fingers were sore for three days after appointment and she cut my little finger on left hand . I still gave er tip I felt she must be just having a bad day however other people had same issues I had so no I would not recommend them read more

was just hear made a appointment but that don't matter, if they where busy tell us. instead they are giving short cut pedicures but when you pay they ask for a tip, they just lost two more customers there is only crappie service in Dunnellon fl. no standards here at all will check close. city's for better service read more

This was absolutely my worst experience at a nail salon ever. I had an appointment at 3:30, showed up about 10 minutes early. Picked out my nail polish. There were 2 nail technicians and both had a customer. No big deal. I waited. Next thing you know I'm called over and the pedicure technician takes my nail polish off. In the meantime, the nail technician next to me gets done with her appointment, and she takes the person that came in behind me. So I'm still sitting there 45 minutes into my appointment. The other nail technician comes over and she cuts my nails and starts to take my tips off. Then she says too rough on your nails and she goes and gets acetones for me to dip my fingers in. And then leaves to go take care of other customers that she was working on. I sit there with my hand and acetone for approximately 10 minutes and I take my hands out now my fingers are dry, cracked and brittle. I sit there the nail technician next to me finishes up with the girl that was behind me and then set another new person. I still have not been taken care of. All I went there was to have tips taken off and a regular manicure. It took an hour and 20 minutes for my nails to have the polish taken off of them and I have them clipped. I still have the tips on my finger nails as I'm typing. I got up and said I need to pay because I'm leaving and she's like oh well you don't know anything. What a great salon! Vivian did my nails & she was so gentle to my natural nails & cuticles. I had chosen the gel nail with the coffin shape. Vivian took her time & really paid attention to detail. My nails look completely natural and not like a chunk of fake on top of my natural nails. The color is in an ombré brand that changes colors with temperature. Very cool. Vivian has sold this place. I went there today and will never go back!!! The man with glasses, wouldnt tell me his name, was so rough! My feet hurt so bad instead of feeling spoiled like they should be during a pedicure! He told me at least 6 times he was sorry for hurting me, so it isnt like he didnt know!!!! read more

I checked to ensure tools were sealed and autoclaved, which they were. The salon was dirty though, there was so much dust hanging off the ceiling fan I couldn't take my eyes off it. I paid for the middle of the road pedi for $45 without tip and the only thing that was done on my heels and bottom of my feet was a loofa with soap, no scraping, sanding, etc. The hot rocks and hot towel seemed to be what they liked to do best. Not exactly my thing. Will find another place. Expected more for $55 with tip. read more

Five star rating for Miss Vivian who does my "dipping nails". The only place I've found in Dunnellon that does that technique. So much better than gel nails, and you can keep and grow your natural nails in the process. If you find a good nail tech like Vivian, your nails can last for three weeks - super hard finish and no wearing of the color on the tips, etc.! I pack and ship for a living and they have held up wonderfully. If your dipping nails don't last 2-3 weeks or more, you don't have the right person doing your nails. High recommend the technique and Miss Vivian =) read more

Vivian did a great job with both my manicure and pedicure. Very comfortable chairs and spent her time with the massage and polish came out perfectly. Also l, staff was attentive and I was seated immediately on arrival. I did call ahead and would recommend that as they are busy. read more
