I reached out to a couple other businesses on Yelp, and Terry was the first one to respond! He was able to quote me a flat rate based on the number of panels we had, and he was very responsive. I waited for other businesses to respond to compare prices, and Terry is by far the most reasonably priced out of the several other businesses that responded. He was very communicative and flexible with scheduling. He showed up on time and was very professional and informative. After answering my questions, he got straight to work, and finished in a timely manner. I really appreciate the before and after pictures, as well as offering reminder texts when it's time for the next cleaning. He also offers bird netting to protect your panels, and he offered a very generous bundle price if we decided to add on the bird netting during our next cleaning. Overall, Terry was professional, communicative, straight to the point, and it's obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his work. I will be definitely be recommending Veteran Solar Panel Cleaning to my family and friends! :)

It looks like previously, we had our bird guard lazily put up with huge gaps that did not keep the pigeons away. We agreed to not only solar panel cleaning, but also redoing the bird proofing. He would show updates through video and pictures so you're always updated on what's happening. They were so nice to even provide a "neighborly discount" for the solar panel cleaning, since we decided to get the bird proof done. For the value, I would say go with it. Don't go with really cheap bird proofing because that really came to bite us at the end. The cost was very reasonable. Trust me, these guys know whats up.

We've had them for about two and a half years so far. We were looking for a bird barrier installation because pigeons come and go under our solar panels. We hear them some mornings and we see their poop fall on one side of our house... yuck! Everything was scheduled, but unfortunately it would have voided our solar panel warranty had we gone through with the job. We cancelled the service, but not because of anything negative from this company. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I didn't use their service and get to see their quality of work myself. Had I seen it, I'm sure it would have been great and then I would have probably given them 5 stars.

He did a thorough job, removing screens and cleaning tracks like a good window cleaner should. He was very efficient and took less time than those I've hired in the past. I opted just for the exteriors to be cleaned, interiors are an option for an upcharge but not always needed. The price was affordable and reasonable. As things have gotten warmer over the last couple months, we started to notice pigeons nesting underneath our solar panels. In doing so, they were generally making an ridiculous mess on our roof. Disgusting is probably the nicest word we can use to describe it. Seeing that made us wonder what our solar panels looked like. So... we called Rudy. Low and behold, he's a Menifee resident himself and a military veteran. He was incredibly responsive and thorough from start to finish. We initially reached out mid-week one week and he was here performing the job by the weekend. He ended up doing a few things for us: pest abatement (spikes, netting around the base of our panels, etc.), panel cleaning, and a general roof clean-up. He was here for about 8 hours and our roof looks really, really good. The best part? The pigeons can't nest anymore. Fingers crossed that our roof stays a bit cleaner now. We'll definitely have Rudy back to do annual cleaning(s) and can't recommend him enough to anyone in the Menifee area.
